I mean, it’s a Dunkin Donuts. The food is decent and typical of what you can find in other locations. I love how they don’t add too much honey mustard like in other places! But I hate that they always forget to cut my bagel in half and not add enough cream cheese… The workers here are questionable. Sometimes when I drop by the workers are really nice and helpful even if the line gets long. On other occasions, however, I had the workers talking and gossiping while I tried to take my order. It was rude and I ended up having to raise my voice at them because they looked no older than 19. They were also so busy talking that I didn’t get my order until 15MINUTESLATER. Herendous young staff, but always convenient to drop by since it’s right next to the train.

This appears to be a popular location. There is always a line, but moves pretty quick. I usually stop in for a ice coffee, unfortunately there were a few times I had to have them make is over because I will ask for Splenda or equal but would receive sugar instead. Or I’ll ask for almond milk and receive regular milk. While trying to get the line down as quickly as possible sometimes customer service slips through the cracks and orders are made wrong. Although mistakes are made the workers still remain friendly.

Incompetent staff — have made multiple mistakes on multiple occasions. Can’t even get a simple Green Tea order correctly and take forever to correct the order. Have seen them burn a bagel, scrape off the burn marks and still serve the burned bagel to the customer.

Big Dunkin Donuts shares its space with Baskin Robbins. The good — They have a parking lot and a drive through. The space is very big and there was absolutely no hint of a line the entire time I was there(about 20 mins). Strike 1 — The wifi does not work! Strike 2 — You have to get buzzed into the bathroom?! Strike 3 — Servers seem like they abhor their jobs Strike 4 — It was empty when I got there and I ordered a medium green tea for a little over $ 2 with no sugar or cream. Imagine my surprise when halfway through my drink I tasted something sweet. When I asked the woman who served me if she gave me sugar, she said — yes, you said one sugar. I corrected her and told her that I actually said no sugar and she shrugged as if to say oh well. Ugh. I hate it when servers don’t listen. I did actually realize when she was taking my order that she was eager and seemingly half listening. I never take sugar in my tea and was pretty annoyed that she added it in there. When I asked her if it was a cube, tablespoon or what was customary — she said they normally put 3 tablespoons of sugar and she told them one, but she wasn’t sure if they did this or not. So, in other words even if I had ordered one tablespoon they may have given me three. I have a feeling they did since the bottom part of the medium tea was so sweet. If it was just one tablespoon I think it would have gotten pretty diluted.

Perfect for when nothing but a iced toasted almond coffee will do… otherwise, they have a bunch of bored, nasty women behind the counter acting like they are doing you a favor rather than treating you like a paying customer. Yeah, its DD, no one goes there for the service, but they could wait until I leave to roll their eyes at me… this is NY, how can they be certain I’m not crazy, deranged?

Caramel latte, Dunkachino! staff at this location is on point. Donuts will always suck. I wish that they could do something better with that across the board.

I don’t stop in here a lot, usually just the drive thru in the morning. Service in general is pretty quick whether you’re getting a beverage or food. The one really annoying negative is that the drive thru getting your order right is hit or miss. To be fair, they get the order right like 80% of the time. Every morning my boyfriend and I get the same thing: 2 large coffees with cream and sugar. Our order was messed up 3 times one week(not exaggerating). I got 2 small coffees instead of large one time, only got one coffee the next. After the first 2 times it happened, we enunciated our order slowly AND even confirmed it(he repeated our order, we confirmed) and somehow got 2 small teas(say what??). We only had this issue with the guy working the window but these days it’s usually been the same girl and it’s been all good.

Friendly staff, lots of seating, DD/BR combo store… Dont park in their parking lot and go somewhere else. Towing guys watching and waiting for this to happen so they can tow your car away.

The dunkin donuts experience here is a lot like any other dunkin donuts. Don’t expect much more, although the lady who made my hot coco was way more accommodating than most dunkin donuts employees.

Don’t Bother. The doughnuts at this location always taste at least a day old and the coffee tastes«off». The ice cream is no better; we went for the Tuesday sundae special once and the server acted annoyed and rude. Total waste of money here. You’re better off going to the one in Gowanus(next to Pathmark). They’re fresh & really nice people there.

I work in this neighborhood 1 or 2 days a week, so this Dunkin’ Donuts across the street from the 25th St. R stop is the easiest way to get my morning fuel. It’s your standard Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins combo-store. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is quick.
