Woah just because there’s a holiday tomorrow, your going to close around 9PM? Your store is suppose to close around 12AM and without any notice I came down around 9:30 hoping to order a ice tea but apparently you guys had your gates closed down. How can America run on Dunkin when your not even open at the time your suppose to be??? This is my second complain for a Dunkin doughnut store.

The floor was very dirty, the tables were dirty. However, the food tasted really good. I had a croissant with ham, deliciously complimented with a Chocolate milk shake, my taste buds were satisfied for the night.

I come here often before I get on the train. Pretty typical but the people are always nice. The line could be long at times but I think for minimum wage over worked workers they do a pretty good job. The one problem I had was that sometimes my coffee is not hot. When I complained yesterday they gave me a free banana and made me a fresh cup. People are a little harsh, these guys are great. Like I said for over worked underpaid immigrants I think they really do a great job. Just keep the coffee hot!

This location is decent. They have good people on the registers and preparing the drinks and foods. They also call numbers so it makes it much easier to identify your order when it’s crowded.

the WORSTDD ever. they’re rude, they get orders wrong and they BLAMEYOUFORTHEIRMISTAKES. i wonder if they spit in my coffee right before they hand it to me. the sad part is, i’m super nice to them. i tip them in their tip cup and smile. they simply hate me. a bum hangs out here every day. he opens the door for you and asks if you can give him the change you get from your coffee/donut. i’ve given him change so many times, i’m almost beginning to think he WORKS for these people. another bum(a woman) hangs out INSIDE the place and whispers in your ear(everyone sitting at a table, at least) if you could spare change. it is exhausting to come here.

This place is just a sham. It is run by a group of indians that try to cut the corners whereever they cam. Came here to buy an ice cream cake. An employee told me they don’t have any ice cream cakes. Ok, what cakes you have that contain ice cream? He showed me a couple and said they are all 50% ice cream at most. I honestly, could not understand what he was saying but ended up buying one. I brought it home and it was an old piece of mess that smelled like my grandmas freezer and was all frost bitten; the icing was so hard I could use it for self defense. I had two bites and threw it away. It’s not even worth my time going back and arguing with them for a few bucks. Clearly, the managers know their cakes have been their for months, but prefer to sell old stuff to save money. I won’t be surprised if they keep old doughnuts and bagels too. Stay away from this place.
