I have no idea how a business like this expects to survive when it can’t keep commitments with new customers. The representative I emailed promised to provide laundry bags on two separate occasions in order to START the service — I still haven’t received anything to put my laundry in, and have loads of laundry to do! What good is an on demand service if you can’t even get started? Good concept but COMPLETE customer service failure.

I love clean cube! The wash fold option is amazing and is same day. Having it available in your lobby is such an asset.
I will say that the dry cleaning is expensive but it is often same day– if not then next day.
Their customer service is also amazing! Ryan responds super quickly and the one time I had a serious issue they handled it so well I was extremely impressed.
Definitely recommend
