Slowest chase I’ve ever used. They only have a few people ever working the teller booths and they are very slow. Recommend going somewhere else

This is a poorly run branch. Come here at noon, when most banking clients have their precious lunch hour to do their banking, and guess what? The employees are out at lunch too! Customer-​oriented staffing policies? Non-​existent. I had to wait for an interminable period of time just to speak with a banker. Huge space. One banker on duty at noon. Ridiculous.

Beautiful looking bank! i love the artistic ceiling.
Although the lines were long and their were rarely any employee on the business transaction line, the ceiling artwork mesmerized me with its aesthetic beauty.
however, i’m not here to judge based on beauty i’m here to judge based on the quality of service. the service sucked. long lines with two employees working while the others are chatting with other employees.
another thing, the bank tellers are kinda rude i understand why but why be rude to the customers.

This bank is beautiful. Originally the Brooklyn Trust Building, this early 20th-​century architectural marvel is now a Chase Bank, located in the heart of downtown Brooklyn on Montague Street. I overheard that the outside was modeled after an Italian palazzo (but I’m not sure which one) and the inside modeled after early Roman architecture. Well, I’m not up on my architectural history, so, if you’re interested, you’ll have to look up all the specific details. All I can tell you is that the intricate detailing of the tall ceilings is awesome, and walking into the building is like traveling back in time!
I also do some of my banking at this Chase location, and I can say that the staff is friendly as well. I’ve worked with tellers, customer service folks, and members of their investment team, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences.
