I appreciate managements quick response and reaction to my comment. Thank you Armand for correcting my error about the prices. Hopefully, in the future there won’t be miscommunication or mistakes for my next order.

I’ve eaten here a handful of times. I was waiting for that meal that disappointed, and I just never got it. Everything I’ve had is delicious. Burgers, pasta, calamari. The joint is less than impressive from the outside, in a strip mall. But the food is great, great service, friendly faces. TRY IT OUT!!!

So earlier I had written a bad review about the customer service… Well they got a second chance, contacted me and made up for their mistakes. Food was good n hot and I will try them again to see if they will be consistent with food and service! Customer service is everything once u lose it u can’t expect people to come back so I will give them a second chance for trying to make things right!

I’ve never dined in, but I order delivery a lot as it’s inexpensive and closeby. Typically the delivery comes quickly, but there have been times when it took a REALLY long time. (I’m talking over an hour. I live 5 blocks away, for Pete’s sake.) The food here is really a hit or miss, but mostly a hit. I usually get the chipotle chicken wrap, which is amazing, but sometimes I switch it up and get the chicken pesto wrap or the veggie medley. I love that they offer whole wheat wraps! The one thing I really don’t recommend is the chicken marsala. I don’t know if it has changed since the last time I ordered it, but when I did, all I got was plain spaghetti, two undercooked mushrooms, and an unbreaded, unseasoned chicken cutlet. Other than that, everything is pretty good.

Excellent! Food is absolutely delicious! Customer service is fantastic! Even the drinks they have are supreme! This place makes it easy to decide what to eat. Thank you always casa edesia!

My wife ordered a chicken pesto panini for take out and when we got home we realized it was burnt. She tried to eat the panini even though it was burnt but she could taste nothing but the char. I ordered a pene a la vodka with chicken and it tasted fine but we were not offered parmesan cheese and it also doesn’t come with bread any more? Long story short my wife and I are very unsatisfied.

I initially had a bad experience with Casa Edesia, however, the owner contacted me and made things right. I must say, it was very courteous of him to reach out and make me a customer again. The second time, the sandwich was perfect, it was hot, proportions were good and filled with flavor. I had the Chicken Presto sandwich and I am certainly impressed with the food the second time around.
Thank you again Armen, you earned yourself a new repeat customer.

Wow, I am thoroughly impressed with the establishment of Casa Edesia. I had a disappointing experience in the past, and the owner personally contacted me via UnilocalMessage to try to resolve the issue. Usually, what’s done is done, if it was a bad experience, i would hesitant to return. But Armand H. was sincere in his apology and from that it showed he was passionate about his restaurant and believed in the recognition it deserved.
So I gave Casa Edesia another shot; the BEST decision of the week, probably of the month! Armand H. and the staff welcomed my group and I with great warmth and friendliness.
Ordered the Fried Calamari once more (to give it another shot), Eggplant Penne, Steak pasta, and clams spaghetti.
Also Armand offered a seasonal salad on the house, which was incredible! I am still trying to think of the recipe for that dressing; the perfect balance between seasoned oil and the sharp cheese.
Both my parties enjoyed their meals much better than the last experience. Service was attentive, affordable pricing, meals came on time, and I had a great conversation with Armand about building relationships with customers and business owners.
Returning back to Casa Edesia proves in life, second chances should be given. Also definitely try the dessert, I shied away from dessert but my mother gladly indulged herself in the pistachio gelato.
Can’t wait to return back, Casa has been marked as my go-​to Italian spot in Bensonshurst.

I seriously wish I knew about Casa Edesia earlier. It’s located in a «mini-​strip mall» along a CVS, deli, etc. It is absolutely worth visiting because inside, it looks so homey and you’ll definitely feel that with the food too.
Pasta dishes are absolutely worth it — a Chicken Parmesan was maybe $ 12. With a plate full of pasta and two chicken breasts. Yes, two breaded, delicious, cheesy chicken breasts, yum! Plating was also on point, along with service. They also have pizza, which I saw a lot of people take in and out, so that may be worth trying next time.

Wonderful place, great service, nice atmosphere and delicious food! Try their Penne with Vodka sauce, it is just so good when you want to warm up and feel loved.
The décor is elegant, modern and clean. If you want take out you can even place an order online! How can it get any better?!

Great place to eat at!
We passed by here for a quick lunch, we ordered the calamari and pizza slices. The calamari was really good, cooked just right with crispy batter and tender squid. Seasoned lightly so that it doesn’t overpower the squid. Must try. I had the pepperoni pizza too, overshadowed by the calamari so I didn’t really pay too much attention to it but it was really good too.

I have a friend that lives closed by and one day we decided to order a take out, upon arriving we saw the back room and decided to stay. The experience was very rewarding, the back room gives you privacy from everything that is going on on the counter and it also looks like a great place to have a party. The food was served pretty quick and it tasted awesome and freshly right out of the oven (which you actually can see in action right by the entrance door).
I have been coming here for almost a year already and every time I’m in the neighborhood I don’t even think about trying any other place. Yes, it is that good!
All the staff is very friendly, one more of the reasons I like to eat here.

The portions here are huge and the dishes are fairly cheap. Ordered fried calamari and mozzarella sticks, both really good and come with yummy marinara sauce. For my entrée I had the lasagna it was also really yummy. The waitress was very friendly and food came out quick. I’ll be back to try more!

I always order pizza from Pizza Den, one day I wanted to try Casa Edesia, and since then I never change.
The pizza is delicious, I was very surprised because is very close to the Italian one. I always order the medium size cheese pizza well done, I didn’t try the rest of the menu yet, only the chicken quesadilla & was also very good!
I suggest to try at least the pizza! Very good!

I went there after doctors appointment in Brooklyn. I found them on Unilocal and decided to try. I got there around 1pm a lot of parking on the street. I ordered Greek salad with chicken and penne vodka, my girlfriend got coconut shrimp and Argentinian steak. For dessert we got almond tiramisu and two espressos. Great foot great décor and food presentation was like 5 star restaurant. I hope I don’t have to go to doctor again, but if I do I know a great place to go.

Food is ok but i try not to go in when Hugo is there. Ive heard from other customers as well that he gives attitude and makes you feel very unwelcome. Other staff is pretty friendly.
Food is ok but every time id like to order after 9 pm, its either the place is closed or everything is off the shelves and the staff is cleaning with windex right when im eating. Not something id like to smell while putting a piece of pizza into my mouth.
They have major issues to work on…

My friend ordered a chicken Parmesan panini– it was pretty yummy– because the person who made it put– pesto mayo on it, that was suppose to be in my sandwich!
I ordered the grilled chicken with pesto mayo panini — instead i got the driest piece of chicken on earth without the pesto– so just imagine how dry that panini was– I couldn’t even eat it– the chicken was so dry like from days ago!
We also ordered fries– which were soggy
However I might just have to give them another try making my own panini — with that pesto mayo!

Very good food and clean, pleasant dining area and rest room.
My daughter loves the BBQ wings here and the pizza is very nice if you order a whole pie. They also sell slices.
We have not yet tried any entrees but for pizza and wings? They are great!
We are thankful!

Wanted to go crazy and «stock up» on Italian before the blizzard hits. Thankfully, found this place. Servers are very nice and attentive. I started with my well-​done angus burger, succulent, tasty and hits the spot. Ordered home-​made lasagna, chicken with teriyaki sauce and sautéed broccoli. Will be updating my review onc I get to the rest of my take-​out!
