Somehow all the reviews were eliminated… while cleaning two air conditioners they broke them. One worked for 5 minutes, the other for a day. After an incredible hassle the owner agreed to at least repay me for the cash (they don’t take credit cards!) I’d paid them. I never heard from him and got nothing. A few months later a neighbor called to tell me about her tale of horrible service from an a/​c repair company… I said, let me guess, Buckley’s…yup.
The owner told me that the problem with the repairs is that during the busy season (i.e., when you would use him) that he is inundated and has to hire people who don’t know what they’re doing.
Calling them is a nightmare.

Excellent Service… I called the number listed here for Buckleys to install 4 air conditioners I had bought from PC a Richards. Little did I know they did almost all the work for them and are now called Father and Sons… Greg the owner is a great person and very friendly… I highly recommend this company.
