Great staff to greet you! Excellent medical care from the Dr. Love my beautiful new glasses. Wonderful experience. They are keepers.

I’ve seen both Dr. Wilck and Dr. Schwartz and both are extremely friendly and they always answer any questions that I have. I hate the puff eye pre-​testing (then again who doesn’t!) but the pre-​testing staff have always made me feel comfortable.
I never had a problem with the staff personally and they have always been nice and welcoming to me. At first glance, this might be just another doctor’s office but once you get to know the staff, they are really a great bunch of people.
This is not your typical boutique eye glass shop. These are actually doctors that do their job and are not there to sell you expensive frames & sunglasses you cannot afford.

Dr. Schwartz is excellent. Great attitude, patient and will answer any questions you may have during the examination. See him if you can. However, some of the staff are horrible. I said some, not all. One in particular is an older Spanish woman with glasses that usually sits in the right side corner of the reception desk when you walk in. Absolutely horrible attitude. Don’t know why. She’s bitter & cold on the phone and bitter & cold in person as well. Avoid her at all costs if you can. Deal with any one of the others behind the desk if possible. If you’re getting glasses, you will see one of the staff members in the back of the reception desk to pick out frames. There’s a Russian fellow, dark hair that will make you feel rushed and provide little feedback if you need an opinion about your choice of frames.
