Brunch Box

Took well over an hour to deliver, way past the estimated delivery time.
I ordered two different bagels, they delivered me Kaiser rolls. Seriously?

I try to be understanding if a place is busy, but it’s seriously like 3 blocks from me and it took over 2 hours for delivery. Yes, I could have walked there and picked it up but it was raining; hence why I ordered delivery. And yes it was raining, but over 2 hours? Seriously? It was fries and a panini. I’ll give them some credit: my food wasn’t sitting in the back of a car for an hour and half. It was delivered warm. It’s just that 20 minutes after my initial delivery time they called to say they’d need another 20 minutes, which actually ended up being over 40 minutes, so over 2 hours after my initial order I finally got my food. At least they called, right? The sweet potato fries were ok, warm but a little soggy. The mushroom panini was a little bland and I felt the onions should have been cooked a little rather than very thick, completely raw slices. At least the cheese was melted and the bread was warm, but overall I felt the food was underwhelming.

the guy who owns it is pretty nice, the food serves it’s purpose when im in a rush/​need a whole wheat wrap and grilled chicken right after the gym/​when i’m craving sweet potato fries. the sweet potato fries are awesome as is the whole wheat wrap with honey mustard and chicken i always get. really convenient since it’s right down the block from me and the only place in the neighborhood you can get a whole wheat wrap with grilled chicken on a whim without going far.

This place is so cute! Family oriented atmosphere, good quality food. chicken ceasar wrap was great. Sweet potato fries are a fav. closed on mondays, and great for lunch!

SLOW SLOW SLOW! I ordered a phil cheese steak on a hero and it took 35 minutes to come out. Food is decent but it is seriously not worth the wait in my opinion. customer service is also pretty bad.

THE GOOD
A lot of good quality food. Many menu choices. Awesome seasoned fries. Price ranges from good to a lil steep.
THE BAD
Food takes VERY long to prepare. Best to call in your order beforehand. Customer service ranges from great to lousy. It’s a bit of a ghetto setup, cuz your server is also your cash register person and sometimes busser.

The Bad
— Panini doesn’t use the traditional bread (more like a hero bread)

— Tastes good… needs more veggies
The Bottomline — Decent panini. Check it out if you are nearby. Nothing special nor bad.

Our company has used this brunch box since their opening day till present. They have excellent pannins, and the best broccoli-​rabe I have ever had before! They expanded their lunch menu, and included other things such as salads, soups, shakes, burgers, etc. Very good food. Went there once for a sit down dinner — I must have came too late (a little before 7pm) but the workers were cleaning the machines, putting their jackets on and I just felt rushed and uncomfortable. I definately will only be ordering out from here. **be sure to order in advance, they get real busy during lunch time** worth the wait!

So far i haven’t found anything there that wasn’t good. Quick delivery, and good service when you eat in. Definitely recommended.

I visited this place after wondering my neighborhood in search of nearby restaurants.
I cannot believe they have Sweet Potato Fries which are awesome.
Buffalo wings is great. I like that they have it on the side so you can dip into it or the blue cheese. Buffalo wing sauce isn’t vinegar like other «hot sauces».
Panini isn’t bad. The bread is thick which is nice and big.
Next time, i am trying the calamari and onion rings.
They also have a small kids menu which is a nice addition.

Every single time I call this place to order food I have a problem, first the girl who answers the phone had an attitude like she is doing you a favor, always puts you on hold, never has a pen and paper ready to take the order and slams the phone on the counter every time I call and ask for a delivery. God forbid your order doesn’t come out to exactly the $ 10 minimum that they require, even though I live literally up the block from the place they won’t deliver if your order comes out to $ 9. I had surgery a couple of months ago wanted some breakfast called them, had the same attitude girl pick up the phone places my order, to have her tell me they cant deliver it because it didn’t come out to their minimum, finally because I was starving I told them to just charge me $ 10 for the meal just so that I can eat. it’s a shame because the food is actually good, and a change from the regular pizzeria places that we have in the neighborhood, but the customer service the kindness and respect is not their!

I called to place a delivery here, and did not receive my food until an hour and twenty minutes later (when I live about five blocks away.) After waiting about 45 minutes, I called back to be told that the girl on the phone wrote down the wrong address. It was an acceptable mistake, so I let it go and she told me that «it will be right there.»
Another half an hour later, the food finally came. The delivery guy said that he tried calling… turns out the girl copied down the wrong number ALSO.
By the time the food arrived, it was cold, soggy and disappointing.

A few coworkers had raved about this place, so I finally decided to order for delivery when I was home. I got the southwestern panini which had mesquite wood smoked turkey breast w/​melted pepper jack cheese, crispy bacon, tomato, and honey dijon sauce… yea i know you want one right now. If heaven had a taste, this is it right here (but that’s what I say about anything with bacon in it)!! The panini was pretty big too, for $ 7! Most of my female coworkers tell me they eat half for lunch and save the other half for dinner b/​c it’s so big. which is what I did end up doing!.. and I got to relive heaven twice in a day. not bad, not bad at all for $ 7.
