Absolutely nuts. The guy lied about advertised free estimate (only changed story when I pointed out it was right on their website). I made an appointment for the next day, waited around for hours but he was a no show. When I finally reached him he gave no reason for blowing me off, and said he wouldn’t do the repair for less than $ 250 WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT TV to see what was wrong. This was after telling me, based on what I’d told him about the TV that it would likely cost $ 150. No idea if they’re any good at what they do but they are crazy unprofessional.

SCAM ARTISTS!!! I NEVER write reviews but this I MUST warn people against! They don’t come when they say they are going to — they missed the appointment and came 2 days later and we had a 12pm appointment and they showed up at 3pm. When they got here, the rude tech who doesn’t speak English glued a fan to the back of my TV. This fix worked for literally 2 hours before my TV broke again the same way it did in the first place. They gave me a hard time about giving them a check because they wanted cash and I wouldn’t give it to them in case the TV broke… which it did so when I told them I cancelled the check, they called the cops on me so now I’m waiting for the cops to come so I can show them that those stupid Chinese @$$holes didn’t fix my TV. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
