Bedford N6 Spa

First visit and orcas amazing! Very relaxing… staff was incredibly accommodating and so nice. My whole body felt different. After walking ten miles the day before, it was desperately needed. Perfect appointment

Great for a quick foot massage or chair massage. I work out a lot and sit at a desk a lot. The result is a variety of aches and sore muscles. The ladies at N6 can always massage them out. It feels a bit odd going down into a basement for a relaxing experience but it is worth it. In the summer you will hear street noises outside because the door is left open. I sort of like that though. If you are looking for the super quiet experience with a very private room and cucumber water this is not for you.

So not really a spa, but really functional and good massages at affordable prices. I have been there twice, once on a groupon, once not and i got excellent massages both times. Just clean, function and good massages, which is really all I need.

This is my favorite spot ever. Each massage is better than the last. So quiet, peaceful, professional, legit, overall amazing. Best massages ever by far.

This place is not a «spa». There is not a fancy ambiance and the massage rooms don’t even have doors (there are curtains). There aren’t comfy sheets on the massage table or any blankets to pull over you. There is a large (ish) towel that will cover you and that’s it.
That being said, most of the time I want a massage to help my body feel better, not for all the cushy extras that come with a spa. This place reminded me of the massage places I went to in Thailand — clean but bare bones, inexpensive, gets the job done, makes you feel healthier. I ended up getting a 90 minute massage for about 69 bucks on a Groupon. I will definitely be back on a regular basis.

This spa looked like it would be a great experience.
It was not.
My masseuse was the worst. The massage itself wasn’t bad, it was her technique that was horrible. She kept knocking the side of my head with her arms while massaging my back, like an extremely awkward teenager. She didn’t know how to control her arm movements.
I had to tell her NUMEROUS times in the beginning to quit bumping my head & she got an attitude accompanied also by sighs. She finally got her act together. I honestly don’t think she was trained professionally.
I compare the experience to a poorly written article. The topic of the article is apparent, but the grammar & delivery of ideas are horrendous. You’d rather read the same topic by someone else who’s ideas are executed in a clear & concise manner (Hence, why I will not be going back to this place).
When the massage was done, I saw the sign at the front desk saying that tip has to be a minimum of $ 10. Extremely tacky.
I’ve told people to steer clear of this establishment. The experience was frustrating and not relaxing due to the crappy masseuse.

My husband and I are regular customers at Bedford N6 Spa. The rooms are minimally furnished, basic and clean, and the massages are consistently solid. The masseuse are attentive and always ask for your preferred pressure and areas you want to focus on. Their prices are fair ($ 60/​hour, but they may still be running their opening special $ 50/​hr) and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. On top of all that, the staff is very nice. The owners own a nail salon down the street too, and I go there to get my nails did for special occasions.

I came here with a lot of pain and stiffness in my shoulders and neck. I felt soooo good leaving! The masseuse felt my stiffness and used a hot stone during the massage which was incredible. I only paid $ 28 for 30 minutes and I think she even gave me some extra minutes. I tipped her $ 20 since she was so incredible and nice and really deserved the tip. The place was very clean as well which I liked. I will definitely be back!

It was ok. We bought an expensive groupon deal for couples massage after a long day of shopping and eating around the neighborhood. Before we got started I noticed the towel was unwashed from previous massage and very oily. Vegetable oil smell. Massage was good. We had a couples room but they closed the curtain in between us that made me feel like I was in a hospital rather than a spa. My masseuse used way too much oil on me enough enough to fry an egg. After a rub down most places wipe the oil off first, however she covered my back with the towel and moved onto my legs. Like I said. The massage was good other than these minor gross factors.

Remember this place is not a spa. Got a 60 minute massage and the price was pretty good for the area, ambiance and massage. Of course, if you want something cheaper you can always head to Chinatown or if you want to pay crazy amount of money for the full spa experience, you can head to The Spa at Mandarin Oriental.
The room itself was very simple and looks clean. I do see why others have mentioned about the noise. The room that divides the next room is not a wall from floor to ceiling and the door is simply a curtain so you can definitely hear everything that’s going on outside your room.

Close to home and good for an hour for $ 50
I would recommend Jennifer before anyone else.
Sissi is good too but I feel like she rushes the massage.
Dont get a groupon. Just come in and pay and you always get the special prices no matter what.
A little loud from other areas but whatever, its cheap and not a spa.

I had a groupon for a massage and the price was great after I’ve paid 150 for a massage that wasn’t as good. The place was clean and the massage was perfect. I was so relaxed after the hour I didn’t want to leave.
The only issue I had was that there was background noise, talking, things dropping and timers going off every 10 minutes. She never asked me about the pressure I enjoyed or if I had any health issues or problem areas. I really enjoyed the massage and she even used hot stones. I am going back!

I love this place! I go all the time they are respectful, friendly and give great massages. Sometimes customers come in and forget it is a spa environment and speak loudly and obnoxiously, but other than that I’ve got no complaints.

The massages are nice. The staff will get very nasty if you take too long with your money or dare not give a tip.

So I got a Groupon, 60 min for $ 43 dls, got there earlier and they were ready for me, my masseuse was great, the hot stone at the end was awesome, I’m not giving 3 starts because of 3 things I was kind of annoyed; 1.- A male employee, maybe the owner or receptionist was on the phone and was being loud in a different language. 2.- the music was not addecuate at all and then there was no music so that takes me to number 3.- walls are thin so when there’s no music sounds between rooms are louder and the person next to my room was enjoying a lot the massage.
I will come back.

I got a massage here today. I used a Groupon which was $ 45 for an hour long massage. I was a little disappointed because when I got there I saw they’re «having a grand opening special» where the hour massage has been knocked down from $ 70 to $ 50. This place has been open for a while so I feel like I got jipped on my Groupon.
The atmosphere could use some work. The walls are very thin with curtains actually separating massage tables in some parts. You could here male employees talking to each other in another room which made it a little difficult to relax.
That aside, the massage itself was very good. The masseuse did an excellent job. I have no complaints about the actual massage and would recommend it if that’s all you’re looking for. My body and muscles feels much better.

Place is good for chair massage. Went twice and was amazing. Then i went for a table
Massage and it was horrible. Now i am more in pain. First the lady never used her hands. She used her elbow which make me feel more pain. I left with a headache and a really intense neck pain. Never again.

After one and a half hour of fighting my stiff neck and shoulders, she was still smiling.
The salon is in the basement, and the decoration of the room is somewhat dark, but it is all very clean and the music is a bit more exciting than the usual repetitive ocean sounds you get in many other salons.
The prices are very reasonable; you pay for the treatment, not for all that extra. And as stated before, the treatment is to the point and just top-​notch!
I wish I lived here, so I could become a regular.

Fantastic Massage!
I received a massage gift certificate and was both excited and a little worried. I had been reading about some of the spas offered on groupon and amazon local etc, and heard a few of them were simply terrible. It is hard to tell sometimes without actually visiting the place. Bedford N6 is new so they only have a couple reviews which made me skeptical.
Never fear! The spa is very clean and professional. I was greeted by friendly staff and shown to the room immediately. They have a little closet in which to put your things to keep them safe, which was nice and the bed was heated! My Masseuse was perfect. She found my trouble areas immediately and spent a lot of time on the knots. She asked if the pressure was alright, but other than that, worked her magic in quiet. I received a full 60 minute, complete body massage and really feel like she focused on where I needed it most — and without me having to say anything. She even used hot stones for a little in the end!
The only reason I did not give N6 a 5^th star was because the walls between the rooms have a space at the top so I could hear the loud person next to me describe where she was sore and why over and over. I heard laugher and chatter from at least one staff member and then too much about this other clients aches and pains… it was distracting, but that does not mean that my actual massage was not heaven.
I definitely recommend Bedford N6!
