As recommended as they might be as everything else you might want to read the fine print. Called Saturday with a washer issue(late model) and had an appointment for Monday between 4 – 7PM. After calling a few times I got a «he should be there closer to 7»… Got a call about 7:30 running late should be there is an hour and two hours later he showed up. After googling codes he stated that he had to order a computer part. Asked me to call him today and was asked to call back on Friday and he should have the part on Friday if not call him back on Monday… If I should have known all this waiting I would have called Sears and had them fix it and a faster an probably more efficient manner. Customer Service not here… So now is Friday and no answer from AAA and can’t leave a message and no answer from the technician and can’t leave messages either. Stay as far away from this place as you can! If I don’t get a satisfactory respond(if I get anyone to answer the phone) Better Business Bureau is next! Believe it or not I am still without a washer but today is the day if he can’t fix it I want my money back. Ordered the same part that already was replaced and did not work. He is buying time but time has ran out. Please if you are looking for quality service this is not… Last posting about this issue. The technician was never able to repaired the washer. I end up paying $ 250 for nothing. End up calling Sears and magically was repaired. Makes you wondered how that happened!

Great family-owned business! AC quit last night… scorching day. Found AAA Range thru . Got same-day appt., told he’d get here sometime from 3p to 6p. We had to wait longer because of so many requests, but Steve called to let us know he was running late.(we didn’t care-we were so happy he was squeezing us in!) He got here around 8pm & went right to work. He really knows his stuff! He fixed the AC, explained everything, was very polite, very clear & very efficient. Bottom LIne: we could’ve waited 5 sweltering days for another, cheaper company, but we’re so-o-o grateful to Steve for working late to help us! That’s why I got on Unilocal right away — out of gratitude.
