A & B Connection Cleaning Services

After repeated calls and texts company finally rescheduled cleaning they did not show up for. I called to confirm the day before and they cancelled, saying there would be too much traffic on Veterans Day! They finally showed up for 3^rd attempt. Neglected to sweep or mop 2^nd bathroom, didn’t clean kitchen counter, stove or front of fridge. Never again.

They never showed up. I spoke to someone very nice to book the appointment. I tried calling several times to confirm yesterday. I even emailed them– no response. Very disappointing. I will call Living Social to get my money back. Mystifying how there are any positive reviews.

I wish I read the reviews before hand so I didn’t waste my time. unfortunately bought a voucher from living social. I feel bad for anyone else who did. waste of time. called & emailed over 10 times between both.

Very happy with the service. Atiba and Dawnettle did an awesome job. My place is sparkling. And he power washed my deck. Thank you again I will definitely use this company again

5 stars! All of the other reviews for these guys have been poor because of mix ups in scheduling and I don’t think it is deserved at all. I had such an easy process scheduling with them and they were so nice and pleasant on the phone. When they came to my apartment, it was two people for my studio/​1 bath and they were very thorough while being super efficient, finishing in just about 1 hour. Make sure to ask for Atiba and/​or Terry Ann, as they were SO nice and did SUCH a good job. I would highly recommend them to anyone — they brought a ton of supplies (though they didn’t provide a vacuum, I had one) and they even polished my wood floors for me! The bathroom was spotless too, which certainly wasn’t an easy task given the grime that had built up in my tub, etc. I am definitely going to use them again, and I hope others use it too, as once they do, these reviews will balance out to where they deserve to be in the 4 – 5 star range. Great job, great price, great people. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment for 3 PM today, the FOURTH one I have scheduled with them and been home for. Multiple times they’ve said they had me scheduled for some other time or day. Very Weird.
Well, they are no shows — again — no call, no one answering in the office. Maybe it’s a one-​man operation, or maybe it’s an out-​and-​out scam. I don’t know. But it’s a complete waste of my time.
I called Amazon local and got a refund.

Probably the most unprofessional company ever. You’re led to believe that cleaning maids are coming over but the owner himself (young man) came over and was in a rush probably because he went to the wrong address initially and had other homes to clean. He cleaned the place far too quick and it showed as several areas had not been throughly cleaned at all when he was done. He didn’t have all the right cleaning supplies either. It was pretty much a waste of money but he was the cheapest out there so I learned my lesson… you get what you pay for.

Awesome! I had great services especially power washing for my home I’m using them every 3 weeks n they work with me on price ranges.

Terrible! I had a 3pm appointment. When no one had arrived by 3:30, I called — and they cancelled my appointment. I would not recommend such an unprofessional company!
