I drop my laundry off at this place. They are always rude, but they do a good job folding the laundry which I like. For the first time, I dropped off dry-​cleaning there as well. They very clearly charged me for the most expensive clothing items rather than the clothes items I actually had– ie. shirts were charged as heavy sweaters, etc. I disputed this, and the woman acted like she did not understand what I was saying (she does not speak much English). I can deal with the fact that they are rude, but I really don’t like being cheated. I was eventually able to get the charges down-​graded from «heavy sweater» to «light sweater», but these items very clearly did not fall under that category. I will not go here again.

This place is as good as it gets. Compared to the other laundromats around it I come here so often. I see many people who love coming to this place and the customer service is great. The dropoff isn’t expensive and there is also a tv. Watch NBA games there while waiting for my clothes to dry!
