Gail is wonderful! She is there on the weekends always friendly and willing to answer any questions. We have been taking advantage of the $ 1/pound wash, dry and fold laundry service they offer and haven’t looked back. It is a fantastic deal and Gail is an excellent folder and as mentioned a real sweetheart!

The Laundry Express is the rare laundromat that’s open late and where people leave you the heII alone. The self-serve side doesn’t have an attendant in the evening, and though it says it closes at 11, the doors don’t actually lock until 1:30 am. It’s in a safe part of town, it’s quiet, the change machines work, and there have always been plenty of machines when I’m in there. Sometimes the dryers can be too hot, so be careful with that — but otherwise, this laundromat gives me everything I could ask for. There’s also a gas station across the street if you want a snack or you need to use a restroom. Cons: No bathroom and no place to charge your phone, so bring an external battery if you’ll be there for awhile.

Honestly, I have not been to a laundry mat in over a decade. I can say that the place runs itself, but there’s an attendant who pops in/out of mat and he’s friendly. the machines and facility are clean

FYI: no vending machines like a previous reviewer stated. Dead in the mornings which is absolutely wonderful. Big washers are expensive but probably the biggest bang for your buck if you have a lot. Front loaders start at $ 2.75. Largest is $ 5.00. Dryers are $.25 for 6 minutes. No wifi though. Might be a good investment for the place…

Very friendly staff, plenty of change machines, large machines and affordable prices. There are lots of laundry options in Coolidge corner, this is the best.

How excited can anyone get over a laundromat? I can’t wait for the day I live in an apartment with machines in the building. However, I’ve always hoped that I would fall madly in love with some guy in the laundromat. Maybe he’d leave his sock in my dryer and I’d return it and then we’d have a moment and the rest would be history. I don’t know. Let me dream. I’ve been hauling my laundry to this place for three years and have yet to meet a guy worthy of sharing a washer with me. But that’s okay. I’m not bitter. :) The Laundry Express is a bit of a hike from my apartment, but it’s the closest laundromat near me. When I first started going there I thought it was amazing. Over the years the machine maintenance seems to be slipping. There are a lot of washers(both front load and top load) and dryers. Lately many of the dryers are out of commission and that can be a major pain in the ass if you decide to do your laundry on Sunday with the rest of Coolidge Corner. Weekdays tend to be pretty empty and quiet. They also offer a wash/dry/fold service but I’ve never used it. The staff are very friendly and always seem very willing to help if you have some laundry-related questions. The reviewer before me said that the place is open 24 hours, but I’m pretty sure their hours are somewhere around 7am-11pm. They’re open on holidays. They have working change machines and detergent dispensers. There’s also a snack/soda machine. Most of the washers cost $ 2 per load, but some are a bit more expensive. Dryers are $.25 per 7 minutes.

Get out your pencils, kids. This laundromat is worth taking notes on. The self-serve part(clean, new machines) is open 24 hours a day. It’s only $ 13 to have them wash a duvet cover for you, but beware: the dropoff window closes around 8 p.m. Bonus! The large washers lock, leaving you a half-hour to spend freely in Coolidge Corner(3 minute walk) and not sizing up every person who looks remotely in your machine’s direction.
