Seems to be a pattern .only 2 dunkins that ive gone to make a macchiato properly and this isnt one of them! Please Dunkin Donuts managers and owners teach these employees how to make specialty coffee drinks… for the love of beans!*!

1. Clean

This DD is very clean and neatly kept. Not only that, workers here are very well trained and they do a great job of making sure you get your order in a timely manner!

Never thought I’d review a Dunkin Donuts but here I go. This place is like any other store except the exceptional service. There are 3 ladies that I usually encounter around noon time on my way to work (sorry but never had the courage to ask their names). They are truly nice, hardworking and they always have a smile on their face. Friendly but professional and give out orders very quickly and efficiently. It’s the little things that matter and great service always goes a long way, keep up the awesome work ladies~

I would guess that the ownership/​management changed here within the past couple of years because the staff used to be great but is now absolutely AWFUL! It’s as if they advertised for the slowest, surliest counter staff around. I used to home in every day but stopped because I got tired of having to repeat my very basic coffee order three times to the same counter person as they seemed to forget the order as soon as they turned yo make the coffee. There is zero work place efficiency. They need someone to come in and teach them how to work. Stopped coming because I get in such a bad mood after the experience here.

You know how some DDs are just awful most of the time? This one is an example of the opposite. It’s always good the food the coffee always perfect never burned or stale. The staff is friendly and efficient. Management really should allow tips.

As a self-​proclaimed Dunkin’ connoisseur I think I know my DD’s. In the morning this place is totally 5 star. Quick service, they know my order, and don’t charge me for a hot cup with my iced coffee! In the afternoon it’s a totally different story. They look like they are ready to close for the day by 4pm. Donut case is a mess and the girl who’s working most of the time looks like she’d rather be sleeping than working. I could be the only one in the store and it still takes forever to make my coffee incorrectly. Love the day shift but I’m going to stick to other places later in the day.

Really love the friendly and quick service. They don’t charge for the extras, like ice and and extra cup to keep things cold. Love it here!!!
The Manager of this dunkin’s is super nice.
