Chad(the owner) has always been very accommodating. I have had my clothes done there time and time again and they have always been perfectly. I have also have items tailored and again, they have come out perfect!

I have been disappointed time and time again by this place. Today was the third strike and I am never going back again. I started going because I needed my shirts washed and pressed. At first it was fine, the price was right and the did a decent job. Over time, I’ve noticed weird stains show up on my shirts. For the most part, they were in areas that I tuck into my pants anyway so I didn’t care however after a few months of frequenting this place, the first strike occurred. I had a massive dry cleaning stain on one of my favorite shirts that I didn’t notice until a few days out but it could’ve only been his handiwork as the stain was not there before I dropped off the shirt and I didn’t touch that shirt in the few days after picking it up. I was able to salvage it after washing it 10x over. The next strike occurred with yet another shirt, another stain. This time I couldn’t salvage and had to end up throwing that shirt away. I stop going as often because it just seemed like they keep returning clothes in poorer condition albiet, starched and pressed. Very recently I needed my suit pants tailored so I decided to go to him for old times sake. My FIRST hint should’ve been that he did not measure me out. All he did was roll up the pant leg and pinned it at a particular length. I felt like he left it too long but he insisted it would come out fine and since he was the«tailor» I trusted him. It took him 4 days to turn it over and when I returned for it, I asked to try it on before leaving because I lived far away and didn’t want to have to come back if I was dissatisfied. He put up some resistance, which was confusing to me. Shouldn’t a customer be SATISFIED with the handiwork? Finally he relented and I tried it on. No matter how I adjusted, the pants were TOO long as I had thought. I calmly voiced my concern to him and before I even finished my thought he launched a tirade about how I was wrong and the customers are always complaining and wrong about the length. He also angrily stated that he would charge me again if he had to make any more adjustments. I didn’t even accuse him of cheating me and I certainly didn’t get huffy about not paying. It was quite offensive to me that he basically insinuated that I wouldn’t pay and that he would be so rude to a customer that had provided him business for a number of years. Ultimately I was EXTREMELY unsatisfied with his work, I felt like he was completely unprofessional and he has disappointed me on multiple occasions. As discussed, I will never return. There are PLENTY of tailors and dry cleaners in the surrounding area who could use my business. For the readers out there, I highly recommend you be very careful with any expensive items or items that you are particularly attached to. I remember during some of the final days of me dropping off clothes that when I picked them up I would be praying in my head on the way home that there were no stains! It was stupid of me to have continued to frequent his shop and that was on me. Never again.
