I wish it was possible to leave a review with 0 stars. I know that is said on here often, but this was abysmal.
He is one of the few inspectors that will go on roofs, BUT that is of no use if the inspector does not identify the issues.
What he missed in his report has led to over $ 10,000 in repairs and replacements in the first month of owning my new home due to defects that he missed. There was plumbing that was not up to code, the mechanical room had issues that were not up to code and were dangerous and he missed them.
The report that he provided was rife with spelling and grammar errors. I could easily overlook that IF he had done a better job on the inspection.
