Go to Becca! She is such a pistol and helped design my dream engagement ring. She worked with my fiancé to make sure he could afford it but, in a wonderfully respectful way, got me to stop worrying about the cost and just think about what I wanted. She was excited(unlike many jewelers have been) that I wanted a non-diamond center stone and did not rest until we found the perfect combo of rose gold, mini diamonds and gemstone center. We played endlessly with colors and settings and it could not be more perfect. She has easily won my business as long as I live in the area. On top of it all, the store is lovely and inviting, not to mention family-owned. Do yourself a favor and get your jewelry here!

My engagement ring is from here and ended up being a bit of a custom design and I’m beyond thrilled with it. I knew I’d be picky when we went out looking for rings and we went to a couple of stores before we ended up here. We received so much personal attention. They were able to «create» different versions of the ring on a computer mock up program so that I could get a visual of what I was looking for. Andy H would probably be a better judge of the rest of the process, but from my end, I’ve been happy. After purchase, I get a lifetime of cleaning and re-aneiling and the staff has been nothing but helpful.

My wife and I have shopped at Husar’s for 7 or 8 years. Most of our purchases have not been large, but we always go to Husar’s because of the customer service. Having had so many visits(many of which we did not purchase anything) I can say that there is not a jeweler in the Milwaukee area that treats its customers as well in my opinion. Unlike many other jewelers, we are always greeted right away when entering the store, whether they are busy or not. Communication is excellent about special events, company sales rep visits, and promotions. I’ve had very few problems, but the few I’ve had were always resolved fairly. Husar’s is a family business, they stand behind their products, have fantastic follow through, and always make customers feel welcome. I wrote this review because I find it impossible to believe the review by Linh L. and feel that it’s necessary to set the record straight!

Most of the things I’ve bought at Husars are small potatoes — a new chain for a necklace or a plain pair of earrings. I’ve taken watches and rings in for repair. None of the items or services I’ve bought here has been expensive… but each and every time they treat me like I’m the only person in the store. The prices have been fair and the service has been great. So, when my husband decides to buy me something really expensive(hint, hint, Christmas is coming) it’s going to come from Husars. Definitely recommend.

I’ve filled out two of those sheets where they put down the rings you like and all the notes they make during your visit. I clearly expressed to the staff that I was interested in knowing when the Tacori representative was coming, so I could see more of the Tacori line. Nobody notified me and when I returned a few months later and asked about it, they had told me the representative was already in and would not come in again for another few months. I say let’s just put that behind us and hope for better customer service the next time around. I found a ring on the Tacori website that I was wondering if the store could get in and emailed them. It’s been a week and NOBODY has emailed me. I even asked them for help in my email, I’m really serious about finding my ring and getting engaged this year! My boyfriend and I have been looking for rings for a few months now and I really do want to buy one from Lyle, however, the customer service I received was below what I expected from such a well-known place. The jewelry stores that offered great customer service did not have the rings I cared for and this store that does, did not offer me the top notch customer service I expected. I don’t feel like they cared for my business nor were they in it to help me find what I really wanted.
