I was also offered a sample of the bourbon chicken while searching for something to fill my stomach up since it was 3pm and I hadn’t eaten anything all day! The piece of chicken I had way dry so I knew I didn’t want that… Unfortunately, my stomach didn’t get the hint and just wanted to eat SOMETHING. I couldn’t decide on anything so I went for a side of Mac and Cheese. If any place is going to be considered«Cajun» it must have good Mac and Cheese. Sadly, the Mac and cheese was Meh. The noodles over cooked and the sauce was way too buttery and oily! It didn’t taste like real cheese, unfortunately. If they do use real cheese, they’ve somehow figured out a way to butcher it. What can I expect from a mall food court meal? I believe they have a location at Southridge… I didn’t realize it was the same place until my bad Mac. I had beans and rice at that location– also terrible. I’ve finally learned my lesson. No more!

The Bourbon Chicken chicken is the bomb. I also loved the gravy for the potatoes and the extra Bourbon say se you can get. I recommend eating at the mall. I brought home food once and it spilled all in my bag cause the extra Bourbon sauce is real liquidly. I never ate any other food they sell so I can’t say if everything is good but I would guess it would be good.

They reel you in with their bourbon chicken samples; hook, line and sinker. Or at least that was the case for my family… and I went with the majority vote this time because that’s where the money… I mean mommy was paying. I got a bourbon platter with 2 sides. I went with cabbage and fries… the fries were cold, not cool man. Yet they manage to have the bourbon chicken super hot. The bourbon sauce has really good flavor, I just wish the overall chicken quality wasn’t so fatty. They use the whole bird and don’t bother to cut the fat out. The cabbage was cabbage… nothin super spectacular.
