Come here often as I live close by. This is the second time in a row I leave here unsatisfied. I come here 30 mins before work and still end up being late(I work down the block). Service is so slow. They have only one person making everyone’s drinks. Last time my order was messed up and they forgot to sweeten my lemonade. Not happy

This is the worst Starbucks i’d ever been to. On Thursday night Dec. 10, 2015. We had the worst customer service experience. The 3 workers were extremely loud, rude, they were laughing and screaming in a very disrespectful way; and they were throwing things around behind the counter and on the floor. It was impossible for us to concentrate and relax there. I can’t believe the managers or owner don’t do anything about it. They need to hired people that understand about respect and good customer service.

The better option of the two Starbucks locations in Bronxville. I can only speak for my two visits to this place, but the one thing they really have going for them over the one on Bronx River Road, is that THEY’LLMAKEYOUTHEDRINKYOUORDERED! Who doesn’t like that? That’s it, that’s all. I’d recommend mobile orders here because the lines can get crazy long and the store is quite small, so you end up with waiting in this awkward wrap-around snake thing. Not a ton of work space here, so best to get in and get out rather than waiting with the crowd.

I LOVE this Starbucks. They renovated the inside of the store to accommodate the high volume of customers. This took away from the indoor seating. It can get a little uncomfortable in there. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, so it’s all good.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years. Recently the service levels have dropped way off. Starbucks recently renovated the store. But ever since The store is ALWAYS way under staffed. 2 employees on the floor when the line is always 15 deep to the door. Thats how they run it. Its truly pathetic. And the 2 employees that actually show up are totally overwhelmed. Never a manager to be found either and if you grumble to the cashier they just shrug their shoulders. Really poor way to run a business.

I love the area! Nice, to step out of the Bronx and the city once in a while. Came here with a friend to talk and it was great talk. The caramel flan latte I ordered was ok, nothing spectacular. What I did not like was the lack of customer service there was. The ladies were not inviting or gracious at all. They kept talking among each other actually and talking about going out that weekend. The worse was that towards closing time, they obnoxiously yelled from behind the counter that they were closing and as we walked out, no thanks, have a good night, NADA. I would recommend sending your baristas back to training and read a book on sales and customer service.

My experience wasn’t so bad but I wasn’t there at a peak time. It was a Sunday afternoon and I was in no rush to get anywhere. The cashier was very friendly and the drink was made well. It gets crowded in there though!

I’ve been to this Starbucks location(Bronxville) for more than 4 years. All these years service was good and swift. Today, it was different I ordered 2 drinks one hot and one cold, I got my iced tea and it tripped and fell, I apologized for my clumsiness. Not only did they not make me a new cup of iced tea(as per their policy) they laughed. Fine, I was waiting for my Hot drink, after 15 minutes of wait, the barista made it as a cold drink. This Starbucks location is going down the drain both in service and quality of preparation. I would rather go to Slave to the grind — a local coffee shop, where quality and service have been good.

Unilocal made me click at least one star — Wish I could select NEGATIVESTARS for what they did to this starbucks! Closed for a month, ‘renovated’ it, removed most of the seating, covered up windows with a huge wall of merchandise, no napkins, no raw sugar. COVERED most of the electrical outlets, It’s insane that they made it less appealing, and with all the kids, moms with strollers, I’m sure they will be going elsewhere once they see they are not welcomed! SHAMEONYOUSTARBUCKS! DARK, CRAMPED, NOROOMTOMOVEAROUND, HAPPYWEHAVEANOTHERCOFFEESHOPINTOWN — SLAVETOTHEGRINDWILLBEBOOMING!

As far as customer service goes this place is, as the kids say, «pretty ewwww». In the past the service here was quicker and the staff was friendlier, hence the reason why I made my way here after picking up some delicious treats at Park Place Bagel. I placed an order for a chai latte and then immediately changed my mind to a caffe latte at which point the cashier chimed in «that’d be a REGULAR latte». Uh, no that’d be you just placing my damn order and taking my money with a smile. I thought it was odd, but I just smiled and paid. My niece who was with me ordered a iced caffe late, the same cashier misplaced the order and when it was caught by the barista this strange cashier tried to insist that it was my niece’s mistake, adding«there’s a difference between regular coffee and a latte!». Yes, indeed there is. Whatever happened to graciously admitting that you didn’t quite catch what the person said and going about retaining the customer rather than acting like some hyper insecure a-hole? You work at Starbucks, people buy coffee from you, drop the side comments and get over yourself. Thanks to this woman, it took us forever to get out of this place and it wasn’t even that busy. Service fail!

So, it’s Starbuck, but i’m addicted! Get some additional help, i’m getting tired of waiting 15 minutes for a cup of coffee.

I think that all Starbucks deserve 3 stars or less. This one earns an additional one, just because the staff is very friendly and the outdoor seating is beautiful :)

I Know, I Know… reviewing a Starbucks? But the point of a review is to draw attention to something of note. «Downtown» as it’s called by the locals, has very little to do after 10pm. So you grab a mochachocolatayaya, venti of course and sit outside on the patio becauSe even though they close at 10 or 11 or whatevs, they leave the lights on said patio so you can sit out there and bs for awhile. But beware, in the summer this place is crazy. And because it is the center of town there are teenagers roaming in large numbers. They hang out anywhere they can lean so they are all over the walls of this place, inside and out. Mochachocolatayaya.

Well, it’s a Starbucks. not a big place and not much room for sitting. Service is good and just found out they are open Christmas morning which is a big plus when the other independently owned coffee shop is closed. That being said the Starbucks has been there for years and still hasn’t managed to close the small coffee house around the corner. Nice«David and Goliath» story. If you need a cup of joe fast; this place will work; if you want to study, chat for an hour, listen to great music, and explore some original concoctions; go around the corner.

I was a fan of Starbucks in their early years when they had passion. Today’s day and age they no longer seem to have that passion and the coffee no longer has that great taste it had back in the day. I had a cup of Pike Place a daily brew that they seem to always have. The coffee no longer has that wow it once had. There coffee is overpriced for the quality they are putting out and I find it to be just OK and nothing more.

Generic Starbucks experience they seem to have gotten a makeover staff wise and its a downgrade. The outside patio in the summer is filled and a nice place to enjoy an iced coffee. Located near the metro north station so you can grab a coffee quickly before hopping on the train.

It is my personal belief that it is rare to find a Starbucks facility that deserves anything more than 3 stars — that is, unless it’s a Starbucks that serves up the chain’s signature tongue-twisting lattes in gold-plated cups. The Starbucks in Bronxville is no such facility. But on the plus side, it is located across the street from the MetroNorth station and is tempting fodder for commuters dashing to(or running from) the train. When I patronized this little slice of corporate America, the place was generally neat, although the seating was sparse and the lines didn’t move very quickly. The outdoor seating area was also a bit dirty, which I found surprising. Most of my hot drinks were prepared decently, although there were a few slips on occasion. All in all, it’s an okay Starbucks, although better coffee at a cheaper price can be had at Over the Moon, the café down the street.
