I have been to this Starbucks location several times. I found it to be a good spot to get some work done on my computer and to shoot the breeze with friends over coffee. It’s much cleaner and less crowded than the Starbucks in the nearby Target. FACILITY This Starbucks location is quite large. There are several tables near the front entrance. and at the back of the shop. The layout of the restaurant helps so it never feels crowded even if every seat is occupied. There’s also seating at the bar, which I haven’t seen at any other Starbucks. The counters and tables are super clean, and the condiments station is organized with various sugars and milks. The acoustics are great here. It never feels too loud. Nevertheless, I like to sit on the window seats in the back when I want to get some work done on my computer, so I don’t get distracted by people entering/exiting Starbucks. GOODS This location offers the typical Starbucks beverages and pastries. They offer free WiFi pretty consistently. SERVICE The staff is super nice. They greet each customer with a smile, and I never heard anyone complain about their drinks or food.

Maybe the slowest Starbucks in the world? I usually stop by pretty early in the morning(6:45AM) when there are two employees working and usually about 3 – 4 customer in the store. Still takes about 10 minutes for them to make my drink. One morning the cashier took 5 customers orders and just stacked the cups on the counter without calling for the other employee to start making the drinks. I’m sure it’s not easy to get decent help at this location, but seriously. People can be trained… If this was any other coffee shop it would have closed a long time ago…

The people in this Starbucks are very nice. I usually go there to work on some reports for work when I want to get away from doing it at home.

Store #9282 This Starbucks is the only decent coffee/tea shop in Marble Hill of the Bronx. In stillness, peace, and solitude from life’s fast forward pace I came here two times to attain a hot cup of Green Tea(Jade Citrus Mint) $ 2.45 and a classic chocolate chip cookie(without nuts) $ 1.95, respectively. Seating is available and ample on a first come, first serve basis which most patrons stop in after a full day of shopping at nearby Marshall’s or Target. My cup of tea in the calm before the storm to start my day.

Tears to my eyes. Going to Target for the first time I was concerned about using my credit card. I cannot recall the last time I shopped at Target. This being my first experience at this location. I went in blind but brave. Long and behold I saw a Starbucks. As an optimist I turned something negative into a positive. Lets look at the bright side… if my identity is going to be stolen lets make it worthwhile. Chai tea. No worries. In my Weezy voice. Completing my purchase I walk a few feet over to Starbucks. Let me just say that I have never witnessed such an unkept Starbucks. I checked in( Unilocal) as I waited in line and when I got close enough to view behind the counter I took off so fast you would think I had Heelys. Staff was inattentive as they engrossed in dialogue completely ignoring customers. The counter was a mess, the water was left running and mounts of clutter and spills everywhere. This Starbucks is a huge disappointment and such an eye soar that it actually surprised me when I turned away. I started talking to myself and questioning my dependency. I never knew love like this before but perhaps I am stronger than you think. Yes De Leon AA for Starbucks may not be required. On to the next…

I go to this starbucks every day sometimes twice a day. I walked in 2 days ago and purchased an evolution drink for 6 bucks.. When I got to my office I realized it was expired. I called the store right away and the woman apologized and told me to bring it back for a new one. When I did today the woman told me she couldn’t help me because the manager wasn’t present. So inconvenient so embarrassed.

The baristas are truly skilled in this location I went to get a simple strawberry and cream frappacino with soy milk and I gotta say it took only a min to get my drink and for me to taste it was even better! I tasted every ingredient I asked for. So overall 5 stars and a high five from me. This is the place I go to the most to get my drink of choice.

One of my favorite Starbucks. I can just jump on 87. Service is good… sometimes busy, sometimes slow. Depends when you go, & parking can be the same way. Friendly staff.

I’ve been here late about twice in the past few weeks, and every time I never fail to get a great sense of calm and premium service. AND the staff is extremely friendly! I certainly hope this location continues to be a neighborhood staple!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks 4 – 5 times a week for the past month now. By far one of the best locations to get intense amounts of studying done with little distractions and good ambiance. Plenty of tables and their newest addition of several outlets is great! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and courteous. The morning rush is taken care of well pretty well. Bathroom is decent and W-Fi is consistent for the most part. Drinks are good, and baristas know what they are doing.

I love this location its a decent walk from my job. Staff are pretty cool, free WIFI. overall Great! But I had to give it a 3 star because of my recent purchase of a «caramel frappuccino».it tasted disgusting. Stay away from that order lol.

It’s a hit & miss with this location. Some of the baristas are BEYOND amazing & other treat it as a summer job that they are miserably working at for the rest of their lives. I appreciate being able be proactive while I’m there and while I am in the neighborhood.

Love this Starbucks! Service is so respectful and the employees are really friendly. The atmosphere is always so relaxed. I love stopping by here when I’m shopping nearby and sometimes sit and chill or meet up with friends and catch up over our favorite drink(we all vary). Clean & Organized. I Recommend.

The staff is always on their game, in this instance the game being the caffeine business. You can tell when they are tired or in need of a comfortable seat but they never take it out on the customers or the drinks. No one is false friendly and do not use peeve names like bro or buddy when addressing you. The few times that they commit human errors they quickly correct it and may even present you an upgrade. As someone who takes a lot of time to write and think a place like this is a instrumental. They don’t have many electrical outlets but this has nothing to do with the staff. They need more places like this in the Bronx.

This is by far my favorite starbucks. Ive only been there twice now, but each visit was so nice that it already desreves a good review. This starbucks in particular has a lot of counts against it before you even walk in the door: Youre in the Bronx Youre near a shopping mall(screaming kids, slow people, crowds with bags hitting you in the thighs) ect ect However, upon entering what you would assume to be a zoo of people– you find yourself in a very clean, very friendly and very spacious coffee shop. Not only is the staff knowledgeable but they have great patience. Im not rushed here like the other 1.5 million starbucks ive visted. So i have been able to ask questions and try new drinks. All given to me with a smile. Whoever it is that works in the am, has a friendly attitude and is not too over bearing(read: shes believably happy without pushing her sunshine on you) Each time ive left this building i had a smile, a coffee created perfectly just for me and a bit of calm that i didnt know exists in NY on a weekday early morning commute.

I know it seems kind of pointless to review a chain like Starbucks and even more pointless to frequent one, but lately I have spent a lot of time here and want to warn those of you who might stumble across it on the way to Target or something. This Starbucks secretly exists in an ever-rotating roster of bad movies. Sometimes you walk in here and it’s a terrible, post-modern zombie flick with the baristas barely half-alive and fixing your drink accordingly. Sometimes it’s a sci-fi flick where the baristas are all angry, sullen pod people who act like you’re an ass for making them fix you drinks and when the alien comes bursting out of their stomach THENYOU’LLBESORRY. Sometimes it’s a Christopher Nolan film(the Memento guy) where shit happens all out of order and no one behind the counter can remember stuff you just said literally 30 seconds before. The only reason I keep coming here is that I need a place to write and good cafes in Inwood are hard to come by. Yes, I like La Sala 78, but their chairs are terrible. And I wouldn’t spend time in Indian Road Café if you paid me. So I’m stuck with this Starbucks, which is close to my apartment. If I’m just too lazy to drag my butt downtown, this is where I come. If only this were a fantasy movie and I could magically apperate anywhere I wanted to go, I’d spend more time in the Village. Alas, this is not to be. At least they have free wi-fi now.(July 1st!)
