This LB has gone down hill in the past year or two. First, they carry a very limited amount of merchandise, most times they just say OH, WE CAN ORDER IT ONLINE. Second, most of the staff is super rude starting with the manager (she has an a slight Caribbean accent). The staff at this LB use to be so welcoming and helpful– they’re all gone :/​Lastly, they always have an issue when a customer tries to return an item, it’s almost as if the manager makes her own rules to deter people from making returns there even with their receipts. The LB in Pelham has a better selection, nice staff and returns are NOT an issue. Don’t waste your time!

Never have anything in my bra size or anything cute shown online in stores in my bra size… You don’t get greeted or acknowledge unless you’re the same race as the manager or person behind cash register (even tgen limited help guess pay sucks) you have to be all up in their face to get help/​questions answered and answers aren’t very helpful when you’re still confused on what bra actually will be best fitted for you when wanting to try a different style a big joke you’re only going to get attended (waiting by the door as you try on bras) to help finding right size bra etc. if an event is going on and need to look good to keep their job
