The food is very good service not so good. It may be a language barrier or maybe the fact that there is not many good latin restaurants in the area that they feel they could be laxed on the hospitality. Anyway I ordered ahead and when I arrived my food was not ready. When I told them I was there for the pernil pick up, the lady said oh yes and went to the back and did not return for over 5 minutes. Now mind you over the phone I was told it would be an half an hour wait. I arrived around 35 – 40 mins later and then I still had to wait for er to go in the kitchen come out prepare what I ordered. REALLY? Now I am running late for work but thankfully it was my turn to buy food for the tour so I didn’t get penalized. But what was the purpose of me calling if they was not going to make my order til I got there.

Let me start by saying the food is usually good. The issue is the service. The guy at the register acts like he’s doing ya a favor by taking care of you, it’s obvious he doesn’t want to be there. One of the ladies has an earpiece and you never know if she’s talking to you or she’s on the phone, sometimes she gets an attitude if too many people talk to her at once. The music is way too loud, I mean it’s like a dance club up in there sometimes yo. If the service improved and the music was not so loud this would be a good local joint.

I want to formally complain about this restaurant im highly disappointment and infuriated for wasting my money with them. My food came spilt i wait over and hour and a half, the people over the phone extremely rude carrying on side conversations, didnt care about my complaint and then tried to say it wasnt true and then said they would send me one replacement meal out of the 2 the sent spilt and i never recieved it. I am highy upset at the waste of time and money because of this restaurant.

It has its days sometimes the food is really over the top good but then certain days it’s just OK other r then that lunch special is great $ 5 and $ 6 plates I love the pernil and roasted ribs Def something that always keeps me coming back…
