I have been at rich restaurant for a while now. And I can most definitely say that this is by far the best Chinese food I’ve had. I don’t know why the people who gave it one star even did in the first place. First of all, they do wipe their tables, otherwise armies of ants probably would have attacked the table by now. Second, there isn’t any roaches in the picture haven’t seen one. Even if there was, you can’t forget about the big fast food chain restaurants and there habits to. They probably are worser than them. There food is fresh and has so much flavor I would go for round two. I could see why some people would look down on this place but I think they have misjudged this place for what it really is. And service is really good. Honestly, you would probably have to be a complete asshole to piss them off. They always remember my order perfectly and it’s the best. Overall, I find everything perfectly fine with this restaurant. Other than the fact that it’s not your average take out!

Pretty decent. I’d order from them again. Was cash only so far as I could tell, maybe their machine was down or something.

I wish I could say the food is bad, it’s more the service, they are extremely rude. It might be that they know restaurant food is better than the rest, but let me tell you service means just as much, when your that expensive

Absolutely, totally disgusting. There for pick-up Tuesday night 8⁄27. Cook sitting at table eating, piling scraps and chicken bones directly on table surface. Finishes, wipes junk into hands and leaves. No cleaning of table. GROSS. There is a large rural scene of lake on wall. Upon close inspection, the black dots are not part of the scene — they are DEADROACHES. Utterly revolting. DON’T DOIT!!!

Rich’s is without-a-doubt my favorite place for Chinese takeout. My family and I have been ordering from them for nearly ten years and we’ve never had a bad meal or experience. The food is excellent, vegetables are always fresh, and nothing is ever greasy. In addition to that, the staff is friendly and the delivery time is usually insanely fast. We’ve ordered and gotten our food(sometimes five items or more) in under fifteen minutes. Overall, I love this place.

Seriously one of the best Chinese food places in the neighborhood. The food is always on point and they’re really fast. I’ve tried other places around this neighborhood and I always come back to rich restaurant! Chicken and broccoli combo is theeeee best!

Best Chinese by far, even better than some big chain buffets! The fried wontons are always a hit and the workers are beyond polite!

This is my go to Chinese take out place in the area. I think I’ve tried every Chinese take out menu that have been dropped off to me and this place, by far, has the best noodles. I almost always order the vegetable lo mein with two hot oils — yum. The only thing I’ve noticed is that there aren’t very many vegetables in the dish, so I ask for it with broccoli specifically. My co– worker loves their vegetable chow mei fun with hot oil, and they always remember she wants chopsticks with her meal even without her saying so now.

Good, solid option on the block. A block that doesn’t have many options in the first place. The place itself doesn’t look the cleanest but the«A» in the window doesn’t lie. The food is cheap and when it’s picked up and done quick. It’s perfect drunk food.
