The burgers are definitely the best in town. However the last few times I’ve visited, I’ve noticed some portion sizes on the dishes I usually order, have become significantly smaller. The staff is usually friendly. It’s a great local spot to grab a beer, but I don’t see myself going back for a while.

My boyfriend brought me here for ½ off wings on Mondays with all good faith that I’ll fall in love with their unique flavored wings and indeed we’ve been regulars since. Their wings is unique, awesome flavor and just too good but the best part about this bar is their burgers, the Mickey Mantle specifically, it may be the best burger ever, I have never had a burger that can compare lately. I’ve tried spotted pig, black iron, minetta tavern and most of the fancy burgers in the city but this is still my go to! Worth the trek to the Bronx.

Piper’s Kilt, PK, Pk’s, P&K Grille or whatever name locals call this bar has been around longer than most Unilocaler’s. My first visit was during my college years and every so often when in the area I would stop by for a beer or burger or both.
Real neighborhood feel. Old school gin mill. While the clientele has changed over the years; it is still a staple of the local pub. Solid burgers, beers, liquors, etc. Nothing out of this world, but your solid bar with adult beverages.
I can’t say I had the best burger ever, but it was solid. While most times it is over done; it is moist. Most fried items are frozen. Once again standard bar food stuff.
Overall, if your visiting friends in the area and need a place with tables, food and adult beverages; P&K Grille does a very decent job. Fair service. Plenty of Tvs. Near #1 train. Plenty of street parking. Lots of locals. Date place. As you can see «P&K is a place for everyone». That is why it has been around for 30 plus years.

This cozy bar has the best wings in town! The wings are crispy and the buffalo sauce is tangy. Also had the appetizer sample platter– which included onion rings, mozzarella sticks, potato skins and grilled shrimp. We had empanadas as well —and were very satisfied. Our waiter was great, prompt and funny. We sat at one of the front booths because the bar was full. The music was not overwhelming (this was a reliThe place is very clean and well kept, and the food is awesome.

Lived in the neighborhood for two decades. I grew up eating here often.
Went in yesterday during the blizzard and it was the only place that stayed open all night through the weak dribble they called a blizzard. I was on the hunt for a fresh, juicy, and flavorful burger and found just the place.
You walk in its a dim cool place good for drinks. The environment is both laid-​back and chill but music is on a bit to loud at times. They have DJ’s there so dancing is also encouraged.
The service that particular night was a bit shaky maybe Cuz they were understaffed Cuz of the storm. Asked 2 different people for water about 3 times and didn’t get it. Also waited a while to get the bill.
Aside from that the food was delicious and definitely recommend the burgers and wings were delicious also.
Definitely going back.

Best Brunch in New York City. Choice of bottomless mimosas, screwdrivers, beer, or sangria. I always get the mimosas. 3 – 6 is my favorite time (also because it’s 24.95 rather than 27.95) but they have other times offered. The prices previously mentioned also included food. Hands down the best brunch and best prices brunch in New York. This isn’t a place for dainty finger sandwiches and appetizers. Bring your liver and some awesome friends that like having a good time. You’re most likely not to remember how you got home.

Went on a Monday nite. Short staffed on waiters but Had a chill nite, good layed back place with music.
Wings 50cents, happy hour Til 6,$ 3 sliders, Beer buckets are $ 20.
Burgers & wings were my favorites they will keep u wanting more. There’s parking.

Horrible service, as always. The bartender was too drunk to be even somewhat serviceable. Wings took 30 minutes — AND my order was wrong.
If you’re old, drunk and/​or on a pub crawl, you might like this place. Go to the Bronx Alehouse down the street. MUCH better.

Went for wings, pastelles, and drinks. The sauce is a bottles concoction, awful taste, somewhere between tobasco/​runny bbq sauce. The pastelles were double fried and salty! The bloody mary, was pleasant. Not to return there for anything but a burger, but there are other choices for that nearby!

This was our after work spot for years and they never disappointed. I love there wings and the way they cook them. The burger here is delicious and flawless. They often have specials throughout the week which are great deals. The bartenders here are great and make great drinks.

It’s easily a top 5 best burger in the city. Juicy, cheesy, crumbly, with a good bun. And for heaven’s sake, order it medium rare. In addition the buffalo wings are excellent. I normally like my wings so hot I forget what my name is, you won’t get those here. What you’ll get are perfectly cooked wings (order them well-​done) with a delicious tangy-​buffaloey-​vinegary sauce that compliments them perfectly.
It’s a classic. You’ll be happy.

Came here for my birthday and it was amazing! Sangria was on point and so was the food. I would definitely return.
The décor is very nice as well; its fancy but not overly done. You still feel comfortable dropping some crumbs on the table.
Waitress was nice too forgot her name.
If you want to dress casual and have a nice dinner with some friends or family or even a date– this is your place!

This Place is the local bar that make you feel right at home. It has the best food in the area hands down and with specials that no one could resist. The workers are amazing from the owners to the bus boy. It has a vintage look to it that make you reminisce on the good old bars and how few of them still exist. I kid you not. Do what i do, go once a week and order a different burger!!! you wont regret it… My favorite burgers are:

Perfect local joint to catch a game, have drinks with friends, or even just grab a bite. The staff are friendly and they often have a DJ spinning on weekend nights.

Ladies night was good! The wings taste so good. Ten huge wings for $ 5 half off on ladies night wohoo! And my gin and cranberry was awesome! Needs a little update on the décor but it will suffice.
