I went in at the beginning of October for a routine eye exam. I was assisted in making an appointment as their saturday was booked. I went in for my appt and was greeted by name and assisted with paperwork. The optometrist was kind of off and simply did the eye exam, no engagement with me. But the optician helping me cynthia made up for that with her charisma and thorough assistance. Overall, I had a great experience.
