Well let me start by saying its a college bar with shitty tap beer. I know this because they don’t regularly clean the taps. They normally hire good women who are attentive to work behind the bar but the bartenders don’t get a lot of authority because management holds a tight leash on them. This includes no buy-backs, or any deals other then what they think is a bargain. All in all it’s an establishment you’d come too during your college years, other then that you wouldn’t want to stray into Fenwicks as a refusal patron because it’s a real dump !

The bar, and the people that go there are great. But me and friends from Manhattan College had to stop going there because of the bouncer. Some fifty year old guy that works the door, tells everyone he’s the owner. The guy ups the prices on all the drinks when he’s behind the bar, then wants a big tip. Don’t need it. We go somewhere else now. Too bad, it’s a nice place.
