I ordered wine glasses for a baby shower and entered the expected delivery date and they were a no show. The day before the baby shower emailed them and they stated the order took 10 days and that is stated it in fine print. The fine print was so small who could read it. Had they looked at the requested delivery date and knew that they could not fill the order in time they should have called or canceled the order. I canceled the order the day before the baby shower and disputed with my credit card with no success. I will never order from this place again. The order was received after the baby shower and a waste of money. I also got charged a set up charge that no one could explain.

So, I wrote a review about Elegant Gift Gallery, about 2 – 3 weeks ago, and I am excited to say that I have a excellent update. So as I mentioned before that I was going to return my order and I did return my order after receiving my baby shower favors, and I must say the favors were beautiful, it was hard sending them back because those were the favors I really wanted to give my guest. However sending them back, was an excellent experience. I spoke with the same two ladies that helped me in the beginning Ashley and I hope I spell this right Marrasaw (please forgive I am bad with spelling names).
Usually when you send a package back you don’t get the shipping back, which I was totally fine with, however, to my surprise Marrasaw read my previous review about their company, and owned up, that a mistake was made and they would give me the shipping money and my return money back. She was extremely pleasant on the phone, and I must say there is something wonderful about a company that can notice an error and own up to its mistake. it makes you realize people/​companies make mistakes, its what you do afterward that can make it all the better, and Elegant Gift Gallery MOST DEFINITELY made it more than all the better. Although I ranted about not ordering from them, seeing how they handled this situation, I most definitely take it back.

I ordered 20 antique silver cross wine stoppers for my daughters christening. I paid for 2^nd day shipping. They were received very quickly however the products are very cheaply made. Majority of the crosses were off centered, a few had white glue showing and 1 was even missing a rhinestone! I went online to live chat with «Kevin» to express how dissatisfied I was and all he said was «I’m sorry you’re unhappy. These products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.» I replied that Elegant Gift Gallery represents this product and he did not respond. I have pictures of the low quality favors that I wish I could post so no one else makes the same mistake I did by ordering from this company.

LOVED Elegant Gift Gallery! I found out about this gem from a friend who also used them for her wedding. I then referred them to 2 of my friends who are also having their flowers and misc done with them.
Marisol works closely together with her cousin Christina who has a famous florist in Long Beach which was featured in David Tutera’s show!
I gave free range to Marisol and Christina about what they wanted to do for wedding decorations and they performed beyond expectations! The price was also extremely reasonable.
I actually live a bit far from the shop but it was definitely worth the trip! They helped to make my special day very memorable!
