In a recent sale, this guy cost my elderly neighbor about $ 10,000 in penalties and givebacks. It seems like he has no clue about real estate law nor does care about his lack of knowledge. His rude demeanor and lack of common sense will hurt his clients financially and adds a lot of stress to the home buying situation. I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere when you need a real estate lawyer.

I just called Lawrence Cooper for the first time. He is handling issues with our coop. He was there, first of all, and he was very upbeat and friendly. He answered my questions to my full satisfaction. He was careful to make sure that we got to the right place in order to avoid having to pay him for his time to go over our insurance.
