I have lived in an apartment in Harlem managed by them for over 3 years and they are always very helpful for the tenants. The repair man are accessible to the tenants at 24/​7, and they always respond to the requests timely. They are not like other landlords that cut the apartment heat to save money. My apartment was hot in winter! I had to leave due to work relocation but if not I’d renew my lease for more years.

I’ve lived in an apartment managed by Beck Street for 1 year and just renewed my lease for another because I love where I live and have had a wonderful experience with this management. These guys are really great! Always accessible, and quick to help/​fix anything. And they are all so nice! It’s hard to find that in New York.
