Lord knows how much I hate this store. I only come here when I am forced to and even then, they still do not have what I need in stock. Why is it that they have so few registers open with lines that are two miles long and are as slow as molasses? The bathrooms in this Babies R’ Us is the worst that I have ever seen in my entire life. It is the equivalent of a port-a-potty. I always leave this this store feeling worse than when I entered. And they are overpriced too. UGH. Check the«no» box on this one.

I haven’t actually been into the store itself, so please take this review only as a representation of the poor service I received over the phone today when I called looking for a product when the store first opened for the day. When I called, I spoke to representative who didn’t really seem interested in helping me find the product I was looking for. She proceeded to tell me in a begrudging tone that was going to «check the floor» for the product and asked me to hold for a moment. I was on hold for about 10 minutes before a different representative picked up the phone and said«what do you need?» I told them another representative was checking the floor for a product and they told me that that representative would be right with me. I was on hold for another 20 minutes for a total of 30 minutes on the phone with this store. I finally hung up when I wasn’t getting any service by that point. I took my business to Buy Buy Baby. After 3 minutes on the phone, they found my product and placed one on hold for me, all while being very eager to help. Customer service is key!!!

Always long lines they have about 18 registers but always only have 2 open always have to leave because you have to wait an hour to pay

Does this store even have employees? I have worked in retail for several years and can automatically Detect a bad retail experience within the first moments i step foot in a store. The staff are majority females who prefer to walk around with a price gun than help out a customer. I had to haul an employee down only to be greeted with what we can consider a disgruntled attitude. Ofcourse she was with price gun on hand in her own world. Multitasking is part of any retail job. Not willing to do it, move over, im sure there are plenty of job seekers that will gladly take the job. I will never return to this store again. The ONLYPLEASANT encounter took place toward the end with the cashier. Friendly, struck up a conversation, genuine overall. Wish the rest of the workers acquired the same attitude as the cashier. Safe to say i will not return to this location. Change the staff, and perhaps ill reconsider.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! Every time I walk in this place I leave empty handed!!! Hood Hood Hood. I’ve stood wairing for help for half an hour only to be told talk to so and so or so and so etc etc etc … This location is aweful. Everything from slow check out no employees to assist you nothing ever in stock. Simply horrible. I’ll walk right upstairs to Target thank you very much.

So I opened my baby registry at this location and was a little disappointed. The lady who first helped me was very nice and walked me thorugh it pretty good. Although i know a lot about registries since i work at bed bath and beyond lol. After I finished scanning what I wanted when I returned the registry table was very crowded so I patiently waited for someone to close out my scan gun for me and give me a print out. Some rude girl finally helps me but takes the scan gun from me and says ok that’s all and turns away. I was so startled by her abrupt unprofessional manner that I forgot that the first person who helped me had said she activated my rewards card for me and to pick it up when i was done. Also she failed to give me the free goody bag for opening a registry. And weeks later when I went to update my registry I was very pissed off when the girl asked me if I needed announcement cards… mind you I had sent my invitations out already. So that defeated the whole purpose. They have a lot of cute things for babies. but their staff could use some customer service training.
