This place is horrible, after waiting what felt like an hour, I thought I was next in line, as I begin to walk up to the counter the rep coworker nudges him and points to this woman that walked in after me and says it was her turn. So I voice that it was my turn but the rep decides to taker her anyway, mind you they only have like 2 people working at a sprint store in the mall. Wtf. I will never go to the store again and will recommend that NOBODY go into this store. The reps in there all have this I don’t care attitude and it radiates from them.

This Sprint store is inside Westgate mall. I came here a few months ago to switch from Att to Sprint. They were very informative and answered all questions that I had. I love my service. Also, anytime I had a question or a problem when I’ve gone back they are always very polite and helpful. Seriously, every employee at this location is exceptional at their job! Knowledgable, friendly, fast! What more can you ask for.

The sprint guy that I dealt with didn’t care much about my business when I was planning to come from verizon. Had that «I hate my job» attitude. With that being said, I stayed with verizon and found out it would be more expensive then verizon to «cut my bill in half». Don’t recommend.

Watch out for the employee’s at this store! These guys are scam artists. They are misleading and very unprofessional. They work off commission so there is a motive to rip you off.

My husband and I just switched to Sprint from another service and went to the Brockton store in the Westgate Mall.
I cannot give enough good reviews about this store. They were absolutely amazing. They spent at least an hour + with us and helped us with our plans, picking out phones and helping us decide what wifi plan we wanted.
My husband changed his mind on his phone twice and they were really great about it. He couldn’t make up his mind! They were so nice. I’ve had four different cell phone plans and I’ve never had more nicer customer service than at this Sprint store.
It’s hard to find good customer service these days… and they covered everything! They were amazing and I love my new DROID!!! Thank you!
