Dropped off my 2012 F150 at noon time. I knew it needed an alignment, tires and breaks. It’s currently 7:30 pm and they’re telling me that it’s taking so long, because the rotors have never been removed. Lol really?!
I guess it’s amateur night at the Apollo. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Went in on Friday for a battery around 5:00pm, they were done around six the guy who served me was nice but hated his job, my battery with install was 176.00 better than audi’s price of 322.00 I’d go back
