Great location, so easy to get to from the highway next to Westgate Mall ( Unilocal says Montello, but that’s not correct. It’s next to the highway, and you can get into the parking lot from Westgate mall without going on the main road). Great service and selection. Will definitely stop here when I need help again.

The store has a weird parking lot.
Once you get inside, it’s an actual AT&T. AT&T used to be known for bad everything but corporate competition with other carriers made them revamp all their stores.
So this is a standard AT&T with good service where I swapped my SIM card for free and the associate was sharp and knowledgeable.

The only nice and helpful worker was a girl that I wish I caught her name. I was watching the other two men workers, and they were «helping» two old people who OBVIOUSLY do not know how to use cell phones as well as us young people. A woman asked the worker if he could help her work her new phone and figure out how to use it, and the worker MUMBLED under his breath «I guess». What kind of attitude is that? It’s your job to be helpful and kind and help people use their cellphones. You work at AT&T!!! The woman had to keep asking him to repeat himself because he was mumbling. And the other worker was helping an elderly man, and would not even look the man in the face when speaking too him! He was watching a young girl walk in the door and was not being helpful or respectful to the elderly man. I was astonished.
The woman that helped me was SO nice and helpful, she looked me in the eye and I could actually hear her unlike the other workers.
I was there on Friday August 22nd at about 1:30.
