McDonald’s

This location is my favorite McDonald’s in the area. It’s one of the few nearby locations that has a 24-​hr drive-​thru. They’re also one of the only locations that has a double hamburger, not just a double cheeseburger. It’s newly remodeled, and has a great interior. My only gripe is that they don’t utilize their ketchup dispensers near the drink machines, you have to bother the cashier every-​time you need ketchup. It’s a minor gripe, but still annoying.
All in all, it’s McDonald’s, this location is just better than the others in the area. Love the friendly staff and exceptionally quick service.

Went through the drive-​thru here and just ordered a Coke Zero. For those people who say the drive-​thru gets top priority, I really find it hard to believe at this particular location because they are SLOW! I also noticed that you can order grits as a side dish with your breakfast for $ 1.00 extra. Never seen that before.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever! You have to literally ask for fresh food or you will receive old food that has been sitting out. Decided to stop in for breakfast (obvious mistake) and got 2 partially cooked hash Browns and a hard old ass sausage mcgriddle. Threw this crap out and wasted $ 6.I could have literally went to the 7-​eleven across the street and gotten a better breakfast. Please don’t spend your money here! Save yourself from the horror!

Restaurant review:
I have been to this McD for a few times and there are a few draw back. First of all the parking lot is a mad house and very dangerous to park as people are weaving around you and the long line at the drive through. This is the first location to upcharge me for bottled water when I ordered it for my combo meal instead of the normal pop. Service is not too friendly, but usually the food is prepared quickly. I have not had an issue with forgotten items, but I always eat in or walk in to order and take out. Overall if you had another choice I would go elsewhere, but there are not a lot of McD in this area that are safe to visit at night time. They have also recently underwent a renovation so the restaurant itself has nicer seating. There is a play area for kids.

Stop forgetting my pickles in my damn cheeseburger!!! Three times already, it’s aggravating!!! Drive home just to get the wrong order!!! Idiots goshhhh!!! WAKE UP!!!

Stay away, you will find another. Have been going there for five years now and it use to give good customer service but for the last 6 – 7 months the customer service has been the worse I have ever seen. Don’t know if they changed managers or something but he showing his boss a nice profit cause at least 15 times over these last 7 months they forget 1or 2 things in your order and when your by yourself picking up food for family it’s hard to check bag to make sure everything is in it. So be wary when you go thru drive thru your just most likely being ripped off. Call to complain and the person that answers phone doesn’t speak English (didn’t know I was in Mexico buying my McDonald’s), that might be the reason they don’t put all the stuff in your bag. Can’t read the board and receipt. Think McDonald’s needs to start giving a reading, writing and mathematics test before hireing so employees can count how many things are supple to go in bag and what exactly is supposed to be in bag. Just go to another McDonald’s and be better off!

This McDonalds is hit or miss everytime I go… Plus they (the chain?) seem to charge for extra ANYTHING! Burger King & Wendy’s doesn’t nickel and dime you that way. The drive thru can be so slow sometimes it’s unbelievable. They never ask you what sauce for your nuggets/​strips or if you’d like ketchup either. I personally find that to be cheap and rude.
This location has a double drive-​thru and customers rush through trying to get in front of you like it’s bumper cars. Nice idea but with people driving like that, it usually messes up the order of the food.
I would go to the one in Berwyn but this one is close to the house and gas is high as hell, plus I’m lazy. Oh well, you gotta take the good with the bad, especially when your meal comes through a window right?

Overall a pretty typical McDonald’s with the same food, etc. The food seems to be more consistently prepared better than a lot of the others. The food is hotter, the fries are crunchy, the burgers are hot and the drinks are full, cold and refreshing. The drive-​thru is fast and efficient with courteous service.
Also, if you have kids, there is a play area for them to run around in.
