Excellent Primavera pizza! The staff was extremely friendly. They gave us our entire order free because of a minor error. We will definetly be back soon, by far the best pizza place in Newington

I ordered from their new location in Avon. The food is meh, but it took an HOURAND A HALF for them to deliver it. Wish I had read Unilocal before ordering. I won’t be ordering from Vivaldi’s again.

Pizza was very doughy and on the thick side. Expected a greasy and thin New York slice but was sadly disappointed. Going to continue my search for my «go-to» Bristol pizza place.

We ordered from their menu, using a coupon printed in the menu itself. It was for 2 Large 1-topping pizzas and a 2 liter bottle of soda for $ 22.99. We ordered 1 with bacon, and one with pepperoni on half(leave the other half plain cheese). We added a grinder to the order for another daughter. At the end of ordering, they tell me my total is $ 38.17. I called back, thinking I heard wrong, to verify the total, and was then told it was $ 36.06, and that it was so much because of «taxes and stuff». Thinking it was a new employee, and maybe there was a delivery charge, I placed the order. When we received it, the pepperoni pizza was incorrect(not too bad, can take pepperoni off), but the total was, in fact, $ 38.17, which I paid, with a decent tip for the driver(not his fault.) I will not order from there again, when they can’t even honor their own coupon from their own menu, and also can’t get the order correct. And after all that, the pizza was disappointing as well.

Ordered a turkey grinder with just lettuce, cheese and mayo. Pretty simple right? Nope. It was toasted and had tomatoes… It was still good but it would’ve been nice to get it the way I ordered it also it was a very messy grinder.

Called twice, put on hold for long time. Will not call again. They have poor customer service.

Not my favorite. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and it wasn’t as delicious as I was expecting it to be.

If you live in the area, this is the pizza to order. There really is no better pizza in Bristol.

I ordered a Greek salad on line for pickup. My receipt said one price but the register rang up a higher price so 3 employees stood in front of me not having a clue what to do. It was about 55 cents. You’d think it was $ 55 million. They just raised their prices but must have forgotten the internet which was really their problem and I felt like I was talking to a bunch of 3 year olds. I told them to just give me my salad because it wasn’t worth the time it would take to make them understand the lowest price prevails. The salad was better than I thought it would be. The lettuce, grape leaves and cheese were very good. The tomatoes were like styrofoam and I asked for no onions but I got onions. I don’t know if I’ll go back. For the food? Probably. For the customer service? No.

So so all around. Nothing to write home about, but edible if you are desperate or drunk, or both. If it weren’t for the ease of ordering online and their late delivery hours it would get 1 star for the food quality but not having to talk to anyone while drunk at 12:30 in the morning totally bumps it up in my book.

If you’re looking for delicious New York style pizza look no further than Vivaldi’s. The flavor is very consistent and the specials they have are really worth it.

From all the places in Bristol, CT, this is the only one we order from anymore! Their food is fresh, great quality, and we just love it! Couple month ago, I got food poisoning from another place, soooo no, no more! Vivaldi’s never disappoints! Great food, excellent quality, great price! Love it!

Utilizing the online service for Vivaldi’s I placed a decent sized order consisting of the *new* Buffalo Chicken Calzone — Large, Grilled Chicken Sub, Mozz Sticks, Garlic Knots and a bottle of Diet Coke. The online process was painless. Easy to follow and quick payment processing. Deliver review. I ordered around 8:30 «ish». Was given a time the food would be here by which was 9:12. Approx. 45 mins in my book is just fine. The delivery man showed up at about 9:35 «ish». So it was about over an hour for food. Seems like every delivery place in Bristol these days needs at least an hour to deliver anything so I wasn’t put off by it just set the expectation that delivery will be an hour, not 45 mins. The man who showed up was very nice and courteous but offered no apology for the food showing up late regardless of the reason. The food! The Grilled Chicken Sub was really good. Chicken tasted nice and was juicy. Seasoned well. Bread was fantastic and overall just a better than average sub for a pizza restaurant. The buffalo chicken calzone was decent if not a bit bland. It’s a standard cheese calzone with boneless buffalo chicken and some hot sauce drizzled on the top. Served with marinara sauce??? That was a little strange. The crust was doughy with little to no crunch on the outside. Still, I did enjoy it. The mozz sticks were your standard out of the box variety. Garlic knots were ok. WAY too much butter and garlic and again with the soft texture. No crunch at all just soft knots. Lastly the bottle of coke was amazing. Came cold. Which was nice. Prices are a little on the high side for the calzones and on the lower end for the subs. Everything else seemed pretty much standard as far as cost. Overall Vivaldi’s is a definite option for ordering dinner when cooking just isn’t an option. I will be going back to try the pizza and a few other items to see how it goes.

I never knew pizza and buffalo wings could be so bland. Bland bland blandy bland bland. Did I mention it was bland? My grandparents loved it by the way.

I love Vivaldis! Amazing pizza and wings. Great delivery people and staff. Ordering online was so easy! Had my order wrong once and they contacted me before I even noticed! Amazing customer service and even better food! I recommend them to everyone.

This place is tiny but high quality. The prices are cheap and this place is always open during bad weather. They have good French fries and good sandwiches.

I am really sad to be writing this review. We have been ordering from Vivaldi’s for well over 9 years, They USED to have the best pizza & wings in town, not anymore. We tried them again after a long absence, but they have not gone back to their old ways. The pizza has gone from great to disgusting, over cooked and minimal cheese, and the wings we ordered we almost raw, even thought I asked for them to be extra well done(something they never had a problem doing a few yrs back) A simple pasta dish that my husband ordered(Clams & Garlic) was so gross, the pasta was over cooked and the sauce had no flavor. The only semi decent thing we had in our entire order was the appetizer platter, that was all frozen finger foods. We gave Vivaldi’s a lot of business over the years, but I guess the time to find a new pizza place has come.

This was our go to pizza/calzone place in Bristol. We don’t live there anymore, but I sure miss their food! You can order online, and find good online coupons to use for a decent deal. Food usually got to us within 45 minutes fresh and hot. Their calzones are out of this world good and huge! Definitely get a decent amount of food for your buck.

The pizza is ok, very edible. It’s thin crust, not quite as tasty as some other pizza I’ve had in Bristol. And most of the time when I order from them, it takes much longer than they estimate, or they lose the order entirely.(though sometimes they do make up for it with free soda!) And yet, despite their shortcomings, Vivaldi’s is still the place I’m most likely to order from when I want pizza delivered. Why? Because you can order online, pay with a credit card, and even add the tip to the card! I can get pizza without having to admit to anyone that I have less than $ 2 cash in my wallet.
