Philly cheese steak stringy and not flavorful. The crumb cake was bland and dry. The pastry is either old or the chocolate has gone bad.

Chicked salad great. great lunch specials. Been here 3 times and eaten from here a few more when someone has brought it back as delivery. The food is not the problem. althought as recently as December they got rated the lowest by far of all restaurants on their health inspection. The service is the problem. Big problem. Confusing where to stand for which food you want. same tall genteman has been extremely rude to me all 3 times and I’m beyond nice no matter where I go so completely unneccessary. Also waited, not exaggerating, at least 10min at the dessert counter while at least 5 women in 2 departments as well as the cashier looked at me numerous times and never came over. Finally yelled towards the back to the ladies(in a very nice way) if I was standing in the right spot for the desserts and they said yes. Another 5min. still never came over. This is after I already ordered a hot panini lunch special and was bringing it home. Obviously cold by the time I got to eat it. There is one nice older woman who was making the sandwiches who was kind. other than that. rediculous. and I’m one of the most lenient people out there.

Honestly, this place makes some great food. There is no doubting that. I typically will come in and get a sandwich, so I am only speaking to that part of the store as I know there are many other parts to the store. They make an excellent sandwich and use real, fresh grilled chicken breast which is awesome and really the reason I keep coming back. The problem is that they CONSTANTLY forget ingredients on sandwiches. I would say I have come 10 times and have gotten my sandwich as I’ve asked for it maybe 4 times at best. When ordering they always ask for the entire sandwich order, which is not how you should really do it. I work at a sandwich shop myself. It’s a lot to remember an entire sandwich and then build it when you are making 10 sandwich say a time during lunch, but slow down. Ask the customer what meat and bread they want, put it on, then ask what veggies and sauce and put it on. I assure you by doing it this way, you won’t forget ingredients on a regular basis. I write this review in hopes that someone there will read this and please just aim for higher accuracy on the sandwich line. I am still going to go back, because as I said, this is very good food at a good price. Just please be more accurate. Thanks

Great local spot. If you’re looking for a few groceries or you’re looking to grab lunch, Super Natural is the place to go. Excellent prepared foods made fresh & changing daily. Wraps/sandwiches are the best. Their chicken salad and macaroni and cheese are both must tries!

Super Natural Market & Deli has been on my favorites’ list for many years. Their menus vary daily and I’m always happy to see my fav items reappear. Some of mine are Shepherd’s Pie, ALL of their chicken dishes, especially Chicken Cordon Bleu, N.Y. Strip Steak w/mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese, and Quiches. They recently started having the Special of the Day from 2pm till 6pm which includes an entrée, dessert and drink for $ 7.95. Can’t beat that ! They have great desserts! My favs are the pies, Tres Leche cake, strawberry shortcake and cannolis. Now that I’m older and have mobility issues, I really appreciate that I can check their day’s menu on-line and call in my order for delivery. They are always very gracious to me and they have a low $ 15.00 minimum which is easy to meet. I usually order meals for several days or over the weekend(especially during unpredictable winter days). They’re open Mon. thru Sat. and closed on Sun. Hope you’ll give them a try. I think I’ll call in an order right now. Made myself hungry, talking about all this yumminess.

Really great local grocer and café for healthy foods. This place was a childhood staple for me to come get gelato. They are a little bit cramped and could probably use a re-design but other than that it’s got some decent products. Not quite fresh market in Avon, but pretty good all things considered.

I recently used Super Natural for their Corporate Catering menu. I needed breakfast and lunch delivered for 30 people for a three day training. Super Natural was AMAZING. They had a great variety for both meals, everything was homemade, and they were on time(or early) all three days! Mark was in charge of delivery each day and he was pleasant, kind, and engaging. He also took pride in the food when he talked to us about how everything was made and what ingredients went into them. He was very accommodating when it came to altering our meals each day if needed(for instance, he saw that we didn’t drink that much coffee the first day, so he brought less coffee but sent more water bottles) My company has monthly events which require catering. In the past, I have used Panera for this, but I will definitely be using Super Natural from now on! They genuinely cared about our business and didn’t look at us as just money in their pockets. I can’t say enough how grateful I am to have found them! Receipts #: 405689, 405693, 405696

The food here is delicious! The always have a great selection of hot foods and everything is great. I would get there early for the hot food as sometimes if you wait until later in the day most of the selection is gone and some of the food gets a little gross. The mac and cheese is the best! The selection varies from day to day. I ordered a sheet of lasagna and found the price to be very reasonable. The sandwiches are great too. I really like that they have sprouts. It might seem like a little thing but I love them on my sandwiches and a lot of places don’t offer that. The baked goods are really the best part. Every pie, cake, cookie, brownie is AMAZING!!! My favorite cookie is the sugar cookie with m&ms in it. It’s shaped in a ball rolled in granulated sugar. My favorite pie by far is the strawberry rhubarb. My family orders cookie platters and pies(usually chocolate cream and banana cream) every holiday. Tip– if you want to order any sort of baked goods for the holidays you need to place your order WAY ahead of time or you will not be able to get anything. The only downside to this place is the staff is extremely unfriendly and not at all helpful or accommodating.

Since I am now on the road a majority of my day, I’m always looking for new places to stop along my travels. I Unilocaled while I was in Bristol one day, and found this gem. Based on the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Upon entering I noticed it was a grocery store/deli. The line was super long so I had some time to decide what I wanted. I will say, if you’re looking for a normal deli sandwich, it can be confusing as there are no prices anywhere(that I could see) and all I saw was deli meat for sale, not how much a sandwich is. A slight inconvenience to people who may want to know pricing. I decided to go with one of their specials which was a flat bread with grilled chicken, avocado and cheese. For $ 7, it came with chips as well. Not a bad deal. I did think the staff could of had a little bit more of a personality, but what are you going to do. I didn’t have to time to stay and eat, so I ate on the road. I was very disappointed. My flatbread was so stale and soggy, and none of the cheese was melted. Also, the avocado looked like it had seen better days as well. On top of all that, the chips were gross(don’t remember the brand). I was a little upset as I’m sure people know how it feels to look forward to a meal and then have it be crap. I may be back to try an actual deli sandwich, and maybe not a special or hot sandwich. As of right now though, I wasn’t impressed.

The food is great, love the mac & cheese. Their steamed cheeseburgers aren’t my thing, but hey, I just don’t order them. My only complaint is their pricing & the staff is not always the friendliest. Hit or a miss with them really. The pricing can be double what you would pay anywhere else for the same thing overall but hey, I still go back.

I had their au gratin potatoes at a party and stopped in to try to buy some. The first person I asked did not know what au gratin potatoes are. The second person snapped«No!» Perhaps I looked confused because she snapped«No» again. Then snapped,“No, we don’t have anything like that!” Finally she said«We had them earlier today, but we don’t have any more.» She acted as though the store had never made them and that I was out of my mind. Never again will I return due to such nasty behavior. Unilocal, I realize zero stars probably would not work with your software. However, half a star would be helpful and more accurate for places such as this one.

Well I went into the store this morning hoping to get some cookies for Christmas Eve. I know that it is late but I thought I would try anyhow. I stood at the cookie counter for about 5 minutes with the staff looking at me but not even attempting to acknowledge that I was there or ask what I wanted. So I went to the hot food counter, where I initially got the same looks. Finally a female sales person came over to ask me what I wanted. I asked if I could order a cookie platter. She asked«what for?»(I had assumed she knew that I wanted to eat them and found that sort of a strange question). She then rephrased her question to «when do you want it?» I indicated Christmas Eve and she said«she’s full up». I have been to this store a number of times and have shopped there since the mid 90’s and have never seen this type of lack of or inappropriate service. Guess it’s time to find another comparable store that has a little more customer awareness.

Get the steamed cheeseburger. It’s better than Five Guys, Jakes Wayback, and Wendy’s combined.

I get a sandwich there about 3 times a week. They pretty much use all Boar’s Head meats and cheeses. Good bread and Reasonably priced. Hot food and specials are pretty good and Desserts are killer here. Highly recommend.

I go to supernatural at least once a week on my lunch break. I love the staff. Most are super friendly(especially Stacy the sandwich and wrap maker.) Her wraps are amazing and I would eat them everyday if I could. The hot food section is also pretty cheap and very good(when they’re not sold out of what you want.) I don’t usually use the grocery part but it seems to be kept up with. Desserts are also to die for.

The food is tasty(I recommend the chicken cashew salad), but I would not consider their prepared lunch buffet«healthy». A lot of the dishes are prepared with lots of cheese, butter, and cream sauces. The food is priced a little higher than average for the quality. Some of the staff is friendly, but some are VERY unfriendly.(At least pretend to like your job!) It’s very busy around lunch, and the dining area is usually pretty dirty. Also, you have to pass a ever growing almost dangerous pile of boxes in a narrow hallway to use the restroom, which is also rarely clean or stocked.

While passing through Bristol, this looked like an excellent GF option(being an all natural label). They do carry a variety of Gluten free products in the small store section(bread, pasta, etc.) However, when I asked if the sandwiches could be served on a gluten free bread, the woman behind the counter crinkled her nose up, grimaced, said she had some GF bread in the freezer, and then turned her back to me. I wasn’t sure what this meant, until she realized I was still waiting and said no, she couldn’t do it. It was disappointIng, but I know being GF can be a pain. I ended up with a salad. I would give 3 ½ if I could. The food appears decent and healthy for the area, and the people seem friendly overall.
