Ky got us right in on a Saturday night. We had a hard day and we were really hungry. No waiting was great!

The service here is great the food here was really good had the buffalo chicken salad. The server was very attentive although I do not remember her name. Restaurant was a bit cold but very clean. The pie was absolutely delicious I recommend the pecan caramel pie.

Was in town for work, and decided just to walk to dinner — all chain restaurants, and decided on O’Charleys. Was seated promptly and the bar area, and waitress came within 2 mins of sitting. Ordered a beer and appetizer which arrived within 7 – 10 mins — housemade queso is quite good. For dinner, I ordered the Honey Drizzled Fried Chicken w/broccoli and mashed potatoes. Chicken was very good and the honey only added to the flavor. Broccoli was cooked well, and mashed potatoes were ok. All in all it was a pleasurable dining experience.

Treating me really nice 15 min to close. No rush. Really appreciate a relaxed steak and beer after an enormously long day of driving. Thanks

My visit to O’Charley’s yesterday was a nice swift kick to the tush on why I avoid chain dining spots like the plague… My friend and I were ravenous the afternoon after the Gentlemen of the Road festival and wanted to grab a quick and convenient bite to eat before we left for our 5 hour drive back to Nashville. Unfortunately our hotel is near mostly chain restaurants and after a long night of imbibing, the idea of eating sushi again at our beloved Osaka(see my other review) was out of the question. Hangover + Sushi = Bad Idea O’Charley’s was near the highway so it became the most logical choice as Outback and Olive Garden lost in the coin toss. Plus, with my vegan lifestyle. we thought that they would have more offerings that could work. WRONG. I ended up ordering all«side items» because even the pasta dishes, salads, soups, and appetizers were all slathered with bacon, cheese, or some other non veg-friendly ingredient that would be completely alter the dish if I removed it. I could have probably tweaked a salad but why would I pay nearly $ 13 for a salad(that was supposed to have shrimp, cheese or chicken on it) that was going to lack in quality of ingredients? $ 13 just seems like a lot of money for a salad at O’Charley’s that would just be comprised of lettuce and the few paltry veggies they had. I instead ordered a baked potato with salsa, rice pilaf, broccoli, and side salad which ended up working but I think it is crazy that in this day and age, they didn’t offer very much for the vegetarians or vegans demographic. The rice pilaf and broccoli were palatable but the baked potato was rubbery and the side salad was basically dated iceberg lettuce and croutons. I just find it really hard to digest that they can’t add a simple veggie burger to their menu? Pretty basic stuff here people! Our server was very friendly but slooooooooooooooooooooow as molasses. He had no sense of urgency with bringing out our food or filling beverages. All around this experience was pretty bad but I really won’t have to worry about it again as it is highly unlikely that I will come back to this location, let alone another O’Charley’s again. Lesson learned.
