East Bay Laundromat

Two dog beds fit in the double loader, clean dog, clean dog beds! Super convenient to where my girl gets groomed, and deep clean cycle is only 40 minutes. Clean and plenty of machines during the day, friendly folks.

Overall, I am really happy with this laundromat. This place is clean and well priced. They staff is generally really helpful and friendly. And if you forget detergent or softener you can buy it there or sometimes they’ll be nice enough to give you some for free. Also, I have never had to wait for washer or dryer, so that’s a plus.
Along with the do it yourself laundry, they have a drop off and pick up service. This can get really expensive, but if your in a fix and can’t do you laundry, you can get your laundry done. It normally takes about a day. If you drop of in the morning sometimes you can pick it up in the evening.
They are super transparent about when they close and that the last load of laundry allowed is 2-​hours before they close. It says right on the door. Most nights they close at 8 so the last call is 6pm.
Like I said really good laundromat.

I’ve been going here for 8 years and the people have been nothing but helpful. On my last visit, I arrived 28 mins before closing with a comforter to dry, that always takes 21 minutes. The man and woman working told me that they were leaving early and they wouldn’t allow me to use the dryer. I told them I will need to go find another place for tonight and in the future and the woman yelled at me, increasing the level of her voice as I walked out the door. Disappointing. I did, however, find a nice laundromat with a very nice employee at Purity Laundry down the street on Metacom.
