I just moved to Bristol and I was searching. For a gym today so I stopped at Bristol total fitness and the staff was very pleasant and to my surprise the gym was very well maintained and clean. I also checked the locker room and that was also clean. Steam room was broke but who cares your not there to steam !

This gym offers personal training along with many cardio machines. The staff is very helpful, friendly. It’s a great monthly price. Totally affordable.
I took some time off from the workout routine and total fitness makes it easy to return and get back into a routine.
There is a great free weight area. Stretching room and many classes to choose from. Highly recommend checking out the gym. Large parking area easy in easy out.:)

I love working out at the total fitness gyms but Bristol is my favorite
1. The shakes are good and less expensive than most protein shakes
2. Friendly staff
3. Fun classes
4. Even the members help out each other
