I found Jesse to be very unprofessional. She collected payment for a reflexology session then made herself completely unavailable to follow through. When trying to make a date, she would take days or weeks to respond.
When she finally gave me two date choices, I told her I would take «Thursday,» and asked what location she would be seeing me in.
Several days later, the night before the appointment, I still hadn’t heard back so I write her a letter letting her know I was considering the appointment cancelled. She got back to me the next morning saying
«I didn’t write back because In your response below, you did not specify what day you were confirming for. «
A. I did list a day, and B. even if I wasn’t clear, any professional would write back and try to clarify the situation. She generally was dodgy and dishonest or ignored me calling her out.
After I had enough of slow responses, excuses, disrespect, etc. I told her that I just wanted the value of my payment back, she ignored that and tried to get me into the office in spite of me making clear I didn’t really want to work with her.
… There are many other very qualified professionals in the area, I would recommend seeing them instead.

I’m extremely picky about bodywork. Anyone who isn’t comfortable in their own skin, relaxed, fluid, confident and calm is not allowed to touch me. Jesse embodies all of these qualities, and always impresses me with how great I feel after a treatment from her.
Her touch is integrative– even when she’s working on my foot, I can feel the relaxation and improved energy flow through my whole body. She’s graceful enough to provide deep pressure that feels gentle, and attentive enough to know when to soften. She seems to read and respond to my body language before I even know what I’m experiencing. SuperRelaxed is definitely an appropriate name!

The name «Super Relaxed» truly speaks for itself! Jesse is easy going and takes the time to get to know her clients. Each session begins with a specific game plan and may differ depending on your needs. She has a very soft touch and knows exactly how to treat physical pain and tension.

Jesse has a very calming, friendly and easy going personality. I got acupuncture from her a few weeks ago for some anxiety and neck pain. I thought she listened to me, was thoughtful and knowledgeable. I felt very much at ease with Jesse. I am an acupuncturist myself and I’m not too fussy about needles anyway, but thought she had a very light touch and the needles felt very comfortable.
I really relaxed with her treatment and felt some relief for my neck. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to return since, but look forward to another appointment soon!!!
