I can’t rate Dr. Simon as I never got to meet him but the experience with the scheduler and receptionist was enough for me. It took me a month to get an appointment. You get a machine and leave a message and they take forever to get back to you. The service and communication skills of his reception staff are dismal.

So this was my first time going to a chiropractor so I had high expectations on at least being able to give me a diagnosis on what was going on with my lower back. I arrrived 15 minutes early like the office recommends and wasnt seen until 10 mintutes after my scheduled time. I went into the office with«Dr.» Simon and sat down with him for 10⁄15 mintues while he asked me questions. Immediately during this conversation he mentioned(for the first time) that he would probably have to see me twice a week for at least 6⁄8 weeks to have a «clearer» understanding on what was going on with my back and how to treat it, and he hadnt even begun the physical exam yet. He then had me lie on the table where he basically had me do a few stretches that I already do on my own. Again he stated to me that he would probably have to see me twice a week for 6⁄8 weeks to make progress on my back. He then pulls out a couple«instruments» that he used for 5⁄10 seconds on my back(I liken it to a clown pulling out a balloon in front of a small child) that did nothing at all to my back. It was like these instruments usually wowed other clients. Then he tried to stretch out my back but I guess I was little too solid for him(Im 61215) because he certainly did have trouble. Again he mentioned that seeing me twice a week for 6⁄8 weeks would allow him to get a better understanding on my back and that this exam probably wouldnt allow me to feel any different because there wasnt something«seriously wrong» with my back. At no point during all this did he ever mention a potential diagnosis/problem with my lower back. All of a suddent the appointment was over. All of this took no more then 20⁄25 minutes and at least half of that time was spent in conversation. As Im getting ready to leave he asks me if he should schedule other appointments to see him. I blatantly say NO and maybe I should come back when my lower back condition is aggravated so maybe then you can actually provide some sort of diagnosis or beneficial treatment. With traffic/parking/waiting/exam I was back at my apartment in less then 45 minutes. I got back to my apartment and I said to myself«wow what a racket, I shouldve gone to chiropractic school». I felt like I just wasted money that I could have used on a massage or something else that has actually made my back feel better. I felt like I had a fast one pulled on me. Trust me I really wanted this to go well but it did not. Nothing came from this. I was better off working out and doing the excersises I do on my own. I dont know if this is the normal experience with all chiropractors but Simon will definitely not be getting my return business. If he had actually put some effort in and conducted a full exam/adjustment on me then I might have returned to him. I just threw money don the drain

Dr. Simon is the chiropractor i most trust in the Boston area. He is a brilliant Doctor who has continued to learn his craft year after year, keep up with any advances in technology, refine and perfect what he offers. His adjustments always get to the core of any issues, help me through injuries and have been a huge part of alleviating my migraines over the years. I have worked with and been to many chiropractors, and never found another one as competent, or consistently effective. I highly recommend this man’s work! He also always has great aftercare recommendations, and will point clients in the right direction for their own health needs.

Dr. Simon is a great chiropractor. He is professional, to the point and a down to earth person. He was able to pinpoint where my lower back and neck pain was coming from and he definitely realigned my spine. My back pain hardly comes back and my neck moves with ease… The staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. I recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Simon is a good guy and a fine chiropractor. I would recommend him to anyone. I have chronic back issues and he kept me well adjusted and helped with stretches and exercises. I know longer see Dr. S because he moved his office, but I wish I could. I have seen quite a few chiropractors and there is none of that«Chiropractics can fix all medical issue» BS. He is a straight talking guy and I appreciated that. LT
