Bargain outlet is exactly that. A lot of items are cheaper, but, their might not be an abundance of them. Seems like they are «buy-​out» items (similar to that of Ollies etc, but on a Home Depot/​Lowes kinda level). It does have that «home improvement» store feel… you know… concrete floors, high ceilings, and very cold etc.
I would defiantly look at their kitchen cabinet handles, door handles and locks, as well as sink and toilet fixtures etc. They all seemed like decent prices with a decent quality. I cannot comment on how their kitchen remodeling department really flows. But, it looked well organized.
