Buffalo Wild Wings

I absolutely love this place, for a few reasons.
I just am getting to write this review, but I went in there with a group of my coworkers and our students, right before Christmas break. Our students are all considered severe special needs. There was a miscommunication within our group, and we did not call ahead like we thought we had. Despite that, they accommodated us with 3 wheel chairs, and an additional 5 people.
That was just the beginning though. Our server (I wish I remembered her name, because she deserves a shout out) was so amazing with our students. She learned each of their names, and was extremely patient with letting them each order their own food, which for our crew can take a bit. She then made sure that each of our students had everything they needed throughout the meal.
The food did take a while, but she made it more than worth it. After our meal, she took down a list of our kids names and their food allergies. Which, I thought was totally weird until she showed up at our school with a batch of homemade cookies for each student, all allergies kept in mind. Gluten free, a peanut allergy and a few other oddball allergies; just before Christmas break. I won’t lie, her kindness brought tears to my eyes.

Family-​style sports restaurant that has won a customer-​appeal battle with nearby Chili’s.
This is Not McDonald’s. This is Not the Copper Street Bar. This Not Hooters. This is Not Little Caesar’s Pizza, with the Hot and Ready take-​out special.)
One is safe for kids, the other is where people determined to get drunk go to do so. (No comment on Hooters. ;))
This BWW has all the trimmings one sees in the ad, but its limited manpower can’t handle the big crowds on the Big Game Night.
Also, the store’s policy is to accommodate all sports, so when I heard that the principal of an area elementary school actually said he’d never return when he learned a manager was not a Broncos fan (specifically a Chargers fan), I thought I’d prep you: local fanatics: pick your cheering section carefully. The Copper Street Bar has TVs too, where those who live and die by the Broncos will feel more at home… or go home and order Xfinity.
I was pleased by my visits there — with and without kids. (As I described Chilis), superior to the 4^th Ave/​Bromley Brighton Applebee’s in every way.
Restrooms: clean, considering. I was impressed at how clean the mensroom was after hundreds of semi-​sober men had used it.
Parking: Very, very good.
WIFI: Decent. Check your carrier. Prairie Center has been compared to the Moon.
Kids: It’s Not the Disney Store. Staff will not babysit your kids. There’s also enough noise to drowned out crying as kids wind down and sleep through the Big Game. :)
Their Sampler Menu is good — reasonably priced.
Wait Staff: Hit and miss. I had a good experience. Not everyone has.
Take Out: If you haven’t already read, they struggle in this area.

Ordered online for the big game and sent my daughter to pick them up. Once we got home and started eating while watching the game we realized a substantial portion of our order was missing. No one was going back so I’m here the next day. Manager greeted me with a smile and I didn’t even finish explaining before she was already offering to replace the missing items. There’s in some extra veggies and ranch as well. The customer service was much better than I expected and they definitely went out of their way to fix the issue. Great experience!

The food is always excellent, but then again I order the same thing every time. Unfortunately, the place is always dirty and by dirty I mean absolutely disgusting. There are wing bones thrown under the tables and the tables seem like they are never fully wiped down. Most of the waitresses there are absolutely disrecptpful as well. DO NOT ORDER TOGO! They will completely rip you off.

BWW is about ten minutes from my home, so it’s the logical choice for me if I want wings, but beware this is the worse service in your life. I mean worse then a sale in Craiglist that ends up as a scam. The wait be ready to watch the pyramid of Giza be built faster then it takes for the wings to make it to your table. And the we continue to the food, the wings ware mediocre for being a chain restaurant, I mean I can probably throw the wings in the washing machine wings with some cheap sauce and they’ll probably taste better, it’s like they forgot to cook the wings. Avoid at all cost. Oh and if it’s a fight nights. Forget it don’t go. Your better off ordering from another place and see the fight in social media the next day.

My husband and I both found hairs in our food! (Two separate dishes). The manager was apologetic and took care of the food portion of the bill but we will not be going there anymore.

It must just be this location… horrible food, horrible service, and no effort to get better… This was my third and final time at the brighton bbw… The restaurant was slow for a Saturday night but it took 15min for our waitress to get our drink order and another 10min for 1 beer and 3 waters… after we place our food order we didnt see the waitress for 30min then she brought 2 orders of burnt chicken tenders and 2 orders of cold wings. I immediately asked for the manager, him showing up to the table was the only thing that went quickly tonite. He then explained maybe the tenders weren’t burnt but the oil was just OLD… Gross what a stupid excuse he did take care of our meal but this is the last time I can go there knowing they don’t change there cooking oil…

Eating at the restaurant is great but NEVER ORDER TO GO!!!
We ordered Wedges with Cheese (from their menu)… We received super cold wedges with a tiny side of regular shredded cheddar cheese, in a cup. Not Pepperjack & cheddar. ?? (We order these all the time in the restaurant & they come with a good amount of melted cheese. Weird.)
We ordered extra ranch and paid for it… We were missing 2 of the sides. (Not a huge deal but who wants to share ranch with wings & fries? EW! And let’s face it, no ranch kept at home will even compare to BDubbs Ranch.)
We ordered quite a few boneless wings… We got shorted 2 wings and the wings we got were broken up. Three were cut in half. (Didn’t change the taste but it was weird and unappealing.)
If you want BDubbs, eat inside or just order from another place.

The most upsetting thing about my visit has to be the customer service. I arrived and it took them a while to seat is which is usually the case. After being seated it look our waitress 10 min to just acknowledge us. We ordered our drinks and once we finished them it look another 15 min for us to receive our new drinks… The only reason we got new drinks was because we asked a different waitress to serve us. I enjoy the food but I don’t think I will be dining there anytime soon. I just really hope they focus on improving their customer service.

Normally I love these restaurants. This location is bad. We normally have very bad service. Our drinks are always empty, our food takes forever, and we never see our server. We normally return for the food, despite the service. Tonight that was even bad. Our appetizers came after our meal and our wings weren’t cooked all the way. The only good thing tonight was after we turned our appetizers away, they gave them to us on the house. Not a good location!

Not sure if it is just Brighton in general, but I’ve never seen more apathetic staff in my entire life. We waited for a table for 30 mins while a group of 4 servers chatted at the server station instead of clearing one of the 6+ tables that needed to be bussed. Server didn’t know the beer list at all, but at least the food was hot when we got it.

My husband and I went to this location for dinner the service sucked we didn’t get our appetizer and then our food took so long that when it did come the person bringing it wasn’t sure it was ours and then our server just ignored us I had to flag her down to get the bill so I could leave even funnier the manager was walking around and didn’t bother to ask if everything was ok I hope they do better when football starts up.

This is a sports bar with an extended food menu. I am always surprise with how many people choose to bring their children here. You wouldn’t take your kids to a «regular bar», right? Then why would you bring them here? That’s not a knock against the restaurant, just an observing.
The restaurant itself is clean and well staffed. The servers are mostly high school girls but they seem to have been trained well for the job.
The food is not «out of this world good» but again, this is mainly a bar and not a restaurant. In fact, when compared to other bars, the food here is pretty good.

Terrible to-​go service. Every time we order to-​go, our order is wrong. They also skimp on sides of ranch after we pay extra for them. After we let them know the order is wrong, they act like they’re put out. We’ve ordered to-​go so many times and the service never gets any better.

I will definitely come back to this location. Food was fresh and the wings are really good! Get the garlic parm wings, I promise you won’t be disappointed…

We go once every couple months as our in-​laws live out there. Enjoy it. Wish the staff was a bit nicer. Takes a longtime to get a beer. Food good. Love the dry rubs.

We only do take out from here and usually it’s not done on time and it takes awhile to be helped even though we order online. That said the wings are usually good but last night was a disaster from start to finish. Our food wasn’t ready until 20 min after our pick up time. We got the food home and discovered that we were missing half our wings! We called and they said the order had been mixed up and we needed to brig the wings back, ummmmm food can’t be served again! Anyway, my husband went back, got our order, came back to eat and the wings were hardly seasoned. The whole thing was an irritating experience and we won’t be back.

Plenty of tv s on every wall. And of every sports game in every direction. The wait staff are all in matching game jerseys.
We got the boneless wings and fish tacos. Yummmy a lot of different sauces to choose from.
Bathrooms are ok not bad and not great.

As far as a BW3 goes, it’s pretty standard stuff: beer, sports, chicken. I like their chicken, and the fact that you can go traditional or boneless. Go «dirty bird» if you’re feeling plucky. It’s where they spice and season the chicken.
Big TVs all around. If there’s a game you wanna see, this is the place to watch it. Nice bar staff, a lot of beers on tap.
