I frequent this place every so often and I definitely think it’s a nice joint! Whether you’re dining in, or carrying out, this place is great. Good atmosphere, plenty of televisions to watch sports, solid staff, lots of parking, and a convenient location makes this place a great little pub!

Great neighborhood bar. Grab a $ 2 Rolling Rock and enjoy the atmosphere. Bar pies are really good and the St Andrews Mussels are excellent. I always get the fra Diablo version.

The only reason this place should get any stars is for the waitress we had. She was very sweet and attentive. My apologies for not remembering her name, but I was too distracted by the horrible food. The«crab» soup had an off taste that we couldn’t quite put our finger on. Was the underlying metal taste from being in a can, or was it leaning more towards a suspiciously sour and may have gone bad taste. After reading reviews I ordered the shrimp and crab flatbread salad. Some crab and shrimp on chopped romaine, dressed with bottled Caesar, served on flatbread(AKA a large warmed flour TORTILLA. Seriously!!! No exaggeration here. It really was just a TORTILLA!!!) My husband’s burger was apparently a reject patty from an elementary school cafeteria. The texture and taste were so bad, we both felt queasy after trying it. Looks like they went to Sam’s Wholesale Club, somehow ruined their purchases, and tried to pass it off as food to unsuspecting locals who have long been limited to few dining options on the island. Good thing it was Wine Down Wednesday and everyone was too tipsy to care about the food being served. Great concept by the way… surround the patrons with a great selection of wines and don’t charge a corking fee. Explains the good reviews.

Service was bad. Got the cheesesteak egg rolls and they were terrible. Got the brigantine pizza and that was okay. Only good thing about my visit was the sweet potato fries were delicious!

I have been going to the cellar for about a year now and I must say I love the food, the atmosphere and MOST of the staff. They have great happy hours and a great selection of wine. The only issue I have with this place(and I’m told I’m not the only one) is the one bartender who I’m told is the owners son. Never pays attention to anyone except the bros he wants to talk to. When we see him we turn around and go to st georges. Every other bartender and server I’ve had was amazing!

Excellent service. We sat at the bar upstairs. Chardonnay was good and reasonably priced. My buffalo chicken pizza was very flavorful with think crispy crust. Yum. My mom got the pork sandwich and really liked it as well. French fries were cooked well. We will definitely be back! Many more things I want to try on the menu!

Good place to meet up with friends Recently met up with 2 old college friends. We chose the Cellar hearing good things about the quality of the food and atmosphere. Greeted upon entering with a smile we were taken upstairs and further welcomed by our server. She provided us with the specials and let us know about drinks too. Even bringing a sample of beer to try. Starting with the seared ahi, to share. The dish was enjoyable, though wasbi was slightly bland while the soy– ginger was a hit. We all chose different dinner items so we could share and share we did. One friend ordered the the margarita pizza and her only negative comment was there should’ve been more basil. Needless to say there were no leftovers and we all finished it in no time. Meanwhile, the sausage catchatori sub was great, lots of peppers, and soft roll. My crabbie-melt was flavorful. I’d recommend it, as my friend thought it was incredible while I found their choice better than mine. So while not overly thrilled it proved not to disappoint. Both sandwiches came with delicious crispy fries. Being gluttons we opted to try the chocolate — raspberry cake. Which did not take us but mere minutes to finish. My one friend said she enjoyed the freshness. While I would have preferred some more raspberry sauce. Overall we agreed that we would visit again and try some other menu items we didn’t get the chance to try. As well as a few of the other beers on tap which were plentiful to choose from. The cost for the 3 of us with out tip came in around $ 75+. Bit high perhaps but not when considering we shared an appetizer and a beer each.

Looking for any type of new restaurants in Brigatine seems to be an issue for some reason, not really sure why that is… Well the same applies to this place. We had high hopes because of the variety on the menu, but the food was just lacking. They are definitely more geared towards their wine selection and bar atmosphere then an eating establishment. Being that it’s called cellar 32, it makes sense. But anyways, it started off well enough, we were seated quickly upstairs. Our waitress was sweet and came over quickly enough to take our drink order. The wines prices were pretty good as were the other beverages listed. We started out with a crab and artichoke dip with deep fried chips. It was ok nothing to rave sbout. It was kind of bland actually… Then we waited for our entrees. And waited. And waited. My dad finally asked a waitress and then she went to check on them and brought them out. I wasn’t too hungry so I ordered spaghetti and meatballs from the kids menu, which turned out to be a massive portion for like $ 9! It would have been great if the sauce wasn’t so bitter I literally took 3 bites and didn’t eat anymore. My 3 year old daughter ordered the kids mac and cheese and it was pretty damn good, not gonna lie. It was also a big portion. My boyfriend got the half rackof ribs with fries and coleslaw. He picked at it I noticed, he eventually a ate it all, but it took him a while, which is unusual for him. He usually eats his food pretty quickly. He said they could of used a bit more flavor. The fries were good and the coleslaw was really warm like usually it’s either cold or room temperature at best, it kind of made me wonder how long it was sitting out and all that mayo that it was sitting in… My mom ordered the turkey club which I ended up eating half if because I didn’t like my food. It was good except the turkey was grinded up really fine like it was turkey salad, instead of just turkey. Regardless it was good. My dad got the philly cheese steak and thought it was sub par at best. Overall I feel like I maybe able to give this place another shot, but I wasn’t too pleased with our first visit. Oh and whomever is taking their cigarette break in the elevator needs to stop that, it’s really gross and it’s a small ass elevator!!!

Loud and noises but… That’s the type of place it is. Want a quiet dinner don’t go here… Want good food, reasonable prices and friendly staff then come here… Our waitress was extremely nice. Prices were reasonable, food was more than ok.

Came here a few weeks ago for lunch. The food was about mostly decent. We had the salmon flatbread salad, scallops(appetizer), eggplant rollatine, wings, and the fried green tomato stack. The salad and salmon were well received — the salad was huge and the salmon appeared to be cooked perfectly. Scallops were also a nice size and not overcooked. The eggplant was an appetizer but came with 4 huge pieces! Lots of cheese and very good. Wings were crispy and sauce was spicy. The major downfall was the fried green tomato stack. I’m a sucker for fried green tomatoes. The crab was eh… and the sauce was«tangy» and salty. Tasted like it had been cooking for too long. The tomatoes were a DISASTER… I could not cut through them! Not sure how that is possible but it was like cutting through plastic and they had that consistency too. So they must have been frozen? We also had the bloody mary’s which were delicious but were only garnished with a few olives and a lemon… I was kind of looking forward to the slim jim! I would go back as it’s a solid choice for Brigantine, prices are ok but it seems like they are inconsistent which never ends well.

Cellar 32 in Brigantine is without a doubt me and my wife’s favorite place on the island. A wine bar/restaurant with great beer on tap –Stone Arrogant Bastard, Victory Golden Monkey, Victory DirtWolf – and many more excellent craft beer choices in their package goods section(which incidentally on Craft Beer Monday you can purchase and sit at the bar and drink. How awesome is that?!) Every day is a different theme like the aforementioned Craft Beer night. Tuesday is taco specials, wine down Wednesday where you can buy wine with no corkage fee, Burger specials on Thursdays, and I love their burgers. The Chef puts together mouth watering daily specials and soup du jours. The ambiance is cozy and warm. The menu has great varied choices from sandwiches to huge salads to seafood to prime rib and more. The patrons are usually a mixture of locals and those vacationing or visiting. There is even outdoor seating. Like I said my wife & I love this little gem.

This was my second time coming here. The environment is great, beer and wine selection is huge. The food is great too! I had an entrée last year when I was here and it was fantastic. I recommend stopping in to have a drink or purchase beverages to go if you are in the area.

We love this place and usually don’t miss it on any given weekend in Brigantine. Our go to meals are the lobster club and the grilled crab and shrimp flatbread salad. I crave both. Seriously unreal. We’ve never had anything but friendly service from bartenders and servers here and have been coming here for 2+ years!

I had the seafood dish this past Monday on my vacation. I bit into the scallop and it was a sandy and chewy. A few hours later those same scallops came back up. I do not recommend it ruined my trip

My son and I stopped in for a couple of Apps and they were amazing! We had great service and our waitress, Kristen, was very attentive. I tried the Shrimp & Crab Cocktail– which was delicious and Jake had his personal favorite, the Cheese Steak Rolls. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming to anyone. My so especially likes sitting in the bar area so we can chose songs via a jutebox.

This place is a nice little find in Brigantine! At first, we did not realize it was a restaurant because they have lots of signs for their beer & liquor take out. The drinks were reasonably priced, the food was good portions & tasty. I had the salmon crab cakes appetizer & enjoyed them & my husband had the cheese steak which he said was pretty good as well. I would like to go back & try more of their items.

Food is great ! I recommend the marg. pizza. Drinks are priced appropriately, awesome specials and Dave the bartender is wonderful. The servers however always mess around, sit and the bar, slow service when at the table, texting. Pretty sure the bus boys were underage drinking. I work in a restaurant and that would never fly …

This is one of the nicer restaurants on the island. I’ve never had their entrees because they are pretty overpriced, but their apps and finger food is pretty good. The only problem is their service. I have been here every day for the past 4 days sitting at the bar watching soccer. There is one bartender for the entire downstairs bar. Maybe 45 seats. Then, in the corner, there are about 6 servers sitting at a table in the corner. It took me 20 minutes one day then 30 minutes the next to get a beer. There are also 3 hostesses right now, and still one bartender. Fire a hostess or waiter and hire another bartender!

This is one of the nicer restaurants in Brigantine with a nice selection of food for both lunch and dinner. They have pastas, salads, sandwiches, fish, chicken and steak as well as a variety of apps. Every meal we’ve had here has been good but the service is truly lacking. With the exception of a lunch, every time I have been here, our server will forget about us or to place an order or forget to check on us or bring us bread or drinks. Normally I can’t get past these things but given this is one of the only places on the island that’s not BYOB and a true dining experience, I live with it. While they have a full bar, they also sell wine which is a huge plus, as their shelves are stocked with a variety of wines in a myriad of price ranges. Probably the best wine selection on the island.
