Be VERY careful here. This is a outlet center. No returns. No exchanges. The sales people can NOT be trusted. The furniture is here because they have a problem. We bought a table for what we thought was a good deal. We weren’t sure the table would fit so we were told by a salesperson «oh you can take out the leaf to make it smaller and put it back in when you need it bigger»
It’s an extension, we’ve seen them on tables. Great no problem. We buy the table and bring it home, the extension function of the table doesn’t work. Turns out that was the flaw. Wouldn’t be a huge deal if we knew about it in advance. We didn’t and were told the opposite.
At the end of the day even with their marked off prices of supposedly up to 40% off and an additional 20% off during specials, it turned out to $ 100 off of a brand new table (despite their «original» pricing) and (barely 10% cheaper) and wasn’t worth the hassle.
I expected flawed products, but being lied to will drive customers away.

DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THESE PEOPLE. The 3rd party delivery service is awful to deal with; they don’t communicate and are downright rude. Also, they charge a separate fee when they deliver the furniture, which my salesman didn’t mention until I called him on the phone with the delivery guys standing in my kitchen. The furniture is un-​returnable once you receive it, and that goes for any raymour & flannigan, not just the clearance center. Give your business to someone else!
