Crate & Barrel

Meh. I think not. This store store has some attitude issues specifically with the older women working there. Apparently they think this is a Williams Sonoma home store which it is far far from! One old hag asked me if I needed help in a suspicious (are you a potential shoplifter) way and then had the audacity to ask if I wanted a bag after my purchase! Yeah, let me just walk around with my item just wrapped in cheap wrapping paper… Really b#^*+h???
The Stores in large cities never have this Prima Donna atmosphere!
Obviously I will not be shopping here again and they can kiss goodbye to my corporate gifts!!!
* On a side note: Their furniture and furnishings look very cheap and shoddy kind of like a poor man’s Pottery Barn.

Never a bad Experience Purchased several Items over the past several years. I Always wait for Theo to purchase furniture. He is knowledgeable & honest, not sure if it is Company policy But we get a handwritten Card after each major purchase. furniture always in good Condition. Never dissapointed If Not for $ would Buy everything from here. great quality!!!

Got an initial response after my poor experience with the store but still no resolution or additional follow up. This was the first negative review I written and it was due to my extreme frustration between the store and the hour hold with customer service. I 2as hopeful that this company would value their customers more and at least reach out to me with some type of conclusion

Ordered an ice bucket and some cocktail glasses online and picked up here. Staff is friendly and professional. Part of the Bridgewater Commons complex.
I really like the selection of dishes and glassware.

Nice but pricey. This particular store is clean and organized. The workers are helpful and friendly. They have great ideas for decorating with nice furniture but they are not cheap. They have some interesting pieces here, but it’s hard to find a bargain.

After much deliberation and a 4 month back and fourth with Crate and Barrel I conclude to a 3.5 star experience. We sure had our ups and downs…
I moved in late August 2013 and spent a pretty penny in the store between July and October.
My first order in mid July was a Colette king bed. I was first told they were on back order due to a change in the fabric vendor. The first shipment of new beds was due Mid August so my selected late August delivery was actually A-​Ok. A few weeks later I added some shelving (floor models) and a huge mirror. All set for delivery August 24.
We’ll the 24^th came and I got a mirror and some shelves-​no bed. Good news was the bed was only delayed one week and the shelves delivered were new not the scratched floor models. Whoops oh we’ll score for me.
The next week I ordered some couches and had them set up for delivery with the bed. First week in Sept I got the couches but still no bed!
Long story short my bed was delayed about five times till mid October ! Man I was cranky. We slept with the mattress on the floor the whole time.
The service at Crate and Barrel was very hot and cold I was often given the run around and it seemed like the person who knew anything was always on «vacation»
All in all I got a total of $ 500 off the bed, two free deliveries and 15% off the rest of my order for the inconvenience. Solid deal. I got an end table last week so I must not be that cranky. Stuff is nice, we all know it.

I went in here to buy my boyfriends mom a Mother’s Day gift and I wanted to walk around for forever. There are so many little gadgets and it makes me want to own my own home so I can decorate it in all things Crate & Barrel. I told my boyfriend that’s what were going to do one day haha.
It’s 2 floors and tons of displays. Very bright and open. Clean and organized. I loved it. There were so many things to look at it took me so long! When I asked for a box, she put it together with tissue paper and it even had a little handle on it like a briefcase. All the employees were extremely nice.
I definitely will be going back, when I have a home and more money haha.

if this place were less expensive, i’d be visiting way more often! Ugh. My husband and I registered here for our wedding and everything that we’ve received we are so grateful for! It has help up well, and is a timeless design. love it.
I am considering moving into crate & barrel. just a thought.

beautiful displays. the colors pop and the store fills my head with the imaginary home i’ll have in the future. several kiosks around if you’re going to look up a registry (like i did). the salespeople were helpful but busy on a saturday morning. efficient checkout. thank youuuuuuu
