After my first trip I’ve decided that will be my only trip. My bagel was delicious but unfortunately my experience was not. There was only one other customer there who was sitting down eating and I felt like they were annoyed that I have the nerve to come in for a bagel. They(2 ppl working) couldn’t be bothered to stop talking to each other to actually care about their customers. So much for supporting a local business. Sad face.

I have been going to Bridgewater bagel for 5 years, when it was open on broad street and now spring street. Nothing has changed or gotten better with the staff, customer service, and speed of service in the 5 years I’ve been going here. The only reason I come back is because the bagels are good for the Bridgewater area and coffee is $ 1.60. My advice for the owner, put a smile on. Also, put more staff on during busy times especially weekends. Having 2 people attending to customers causes it to take an unnecessary amount of time. I wanted to get a coffee today and had to wait in line for 15 minutes. One person should stay on the register, one person makes the coffees and one or two people make and fill bagel orders. It will help with efficiency and not annoy people to the point of no return.

I went a couple weeks ago and that will be my first and only visit. Decent bagels, good price, but an awfully shitty staff. The owner who works behind the counter is miserable! Not happy people there
