This awful store shouldn’t even get a star. This worker greeted me with no smile, didn’t even ask how I was doing, she looked very depressed working there and it kinda rubs off on all the other workers. I hear bickering and swearing constantly, I saw a lady waiving a knife around at an employee and thought she was gonna stab him, I’ve come for food not for a wrestling match. They pay more attention to their phones than your food. My ravioli was almost frozen, was so cold I swear they just took it out of the freezer and put it on my plate. Never coming back and telling everyone I know not to come here.

This papa Ginos is absolutely Ridiculous! They can’t get an order write! Every Damn time!!! I got delivery it’s a Sunday night told me 45 minutes on a Sunday evening! Give me a break! I ordered fries which were very cold like they weren’t even cooked they were white not golden brown. Also ordered the papa classic burger asked for fryed onions got raw onions with no lettuce! And for there over priced food and terrible crapy price and service!!! I and I left the driver a tip. Will not order from them again! I give up!!!

I only put 1 star because there weren’t any lower options. We ordered a pizza (see photo reference) and immediately called the store. The person on the phone told us that since they were «closed» (10:50pm), they couldn’t compensate for the horrible pizza that was delivered. To make matters worse, the driver BEAT us back to the store by the time we called! And claimed that it was a «smooth ride» when she came to deliver it. My bf and I have worked at a pizza shop before and it was clearly a pizza that has been dropped and the deliver girl didn’t care. But since they were closed, they claimed that a manager would contact me within 24−48hrs to solve this issue and apologized for the inconvenience. It’s day 3 and still no call, I honestly think no one will ever call. Safe to say we will never order from there again. $ 30 dropped pizza for dinner. Bravo.

Sometimes you just want a Papa Gino’s pizza. The quality is reliable and you know exactly what you’re going to get when you buy one. Many of us have grown up with this pizza and it’s the same today as it was 30 years ago. That’s a good thing. This particular location seems to struggle a bit with pickup and delivery estimates. If you don’t want cold pizza, I’d recommend always picking up unless you’ve got no other option. And when you do go to pickup, keep in mind they will likely be 15 to 20 minutes later than the estimate they gave you – even at times of day when you’d expect business to be slow. If ordering online, be sure to check Retail​MeNot​.Com for coupon codes; Papa Gino’s almost always has a good selection of them. Likewise, the Papa Gino’s rewards card is very worthwhile, giving substantial discounts on future purchases. An order of 2 large pizzas today is going to save me $ 5 the next time I order.

Excellent service– fast and polite. Pizza was perfect-​tasty, not overcooked and had the flavor that made me crave it in the first place.
Discovered this location by accident and think its the best location I’ve tried in a long while.
It’s next to a Roche Bros. and other stores, So the parking lot is a bit crazy but there is plenty of parking.
Not exactly close to me but may be worth visiting again!
