I miss this gym so dearly since moving to Verona. Keep in mind it is very small but has just about everything you could need. Recently bought the space next to them for classes which I never got to take. Super cozy and small so you really get to know the staff and members well. The 24⁄7 part was so convinient and safe. The trainers were great and had a lot to offer clients. The prices are super cheap compared to other gyms which last time I was there included tanning. Yes there are «Lunks» but there are also old people, fat people, nice people, skinny soccer moms, and young college girls. The only thing missing is mean people which is a plus in my book.

We love this gym!!! My little family of 4 has been coming here for a few years now and it is always very nice! The childcare is decent and everything is always nice and clean. The staff is always very pleasant and friendly and really seem to enjoy working there. I would definitely recommend trying it out!
